I placed an order on 11 May 2026, have not received my order. Sent a few emails to the store, sent message on their Facebook page, and still no reply. I expected better communication and service.

June 2026 - Current order - Placed order, expecting delivery, still waiting weeks later. Not nice peeps. Have seen others that are told 'we didn't see your email'. Must not have seen all of mine, I even contacted via your website. Be nice and answer people. No phone contact should have been a warning.

Had an order with 2 items and 1 arrived broken (not necessarily their fault, but the item could've been packaged better), however I sent multipe emails and a message via Facebook requesting a replacement, and later a refund, and heard nothing back whatsoever.

Very easy ordering, affordable pricing and postage. Lovely surprise gift of Serviettes thank you.

placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been sent. no response to follow up email.
The shipping terms on the website says 1 business day.
The order was for a gift and it will now not arrive in time... absolutely no communication and the Shopify app will not allow me to make a claim for 30 days.

I ordered 2 sets of hydrangeas mugs. I received 1 set of 2 in a box of which one was broken. I immediately sent an email. 6 days later there has been no response to my email regarding the faulty order and no response to my review.

So I’ve paid for 4 mugs and received 1 mug.

This company does not answer emails and has no contact phone details! I sent 4 emails after ordering : "Your system has used my old address after I paid!!
My correct address is .......... which is on my account..Please do NOT send to old address!Please confirm above" Totally ignored with no reply and never got product. I lodged a dispute with my credit card. Still no response from this dodgy company. Don't use. Take your money and ignore you.

1st time ordering,found company quick to respond to my order and delivery was quick. Lovely products too.

I placed my order , they took my money. I received no shipping details and no delivery. I have emailed 3 times and messaged and no response. Scam
