They had the part that I desperately needed and it was a perfect fit!!!

I have literally been waiting months for someone to help me with my issue. I did everything that was asked of me and then customer service ghosted me.

Great vacuum. Great suction and battery life.

Horrible product and despicable customer service.

Do yourself a favor and keep moving.

The head went out - replaced right away - great support. Battery had a problem - same experience - resolved without issue. We have a central vac, a heavy duty corded vac and we use the Maircle S3 95% of the time!

Small brush broke after a month. Had a very hard time getting it replaced. Then the battery went dead and was told to contact Temu where I bought it. It’s your product you should stand behind it. I threw the piece of junk away.

Lasted six months. The model was s3. Performance excellent. Lightweight, easy to assemble, good suction. free standing BUT the brush that rolls on the floor snapped off while vacuuming. I didn’t drop it, or hit it against something. it’s the attachment that attaches to the rod.
I tried to buy a replacement on MAIRCLE WEBSITE. not available. so disappointing

I had a unit with an unusual defect, it was so loud that it hurt my ears. Maircle immediately sent me a replacement unit. This is absolutely my favorite vacuum ever, my husband bought a similar style in a Dyson and he much prefers the maircle.

I love the machine but the motor is kinda heavy to the hand and the battery life is too short. Overall, I have a mixed feeling about this service.

Not happy about the fact that both batteries in both vacuums won’t charge anymore within months of purchase.

I was able to talk to someone directly. He was very helpful and what I like about maircle is they have all the accessories for the cordless vacuum cleaner pretty much on hand when you want or need replacements or extras.

Battery needs to last longer. Other than that its awesome!!

Overall design is good, but brush is very fragile: wheels broke apart after just one month of usage, battery charger also has issues and inconsistent charging indicator

I use my Maircle every morning with the lights out to clean up after 3 cats. I does a great job picking up pet hair, dander and cat litter on my hard floors. The green lights shows everything on my floors and it has just enough battery to clean all my floors and the stairs. Would buy again !! A+++

A strong alternative to other brands that I have tried before. The vacuum is well-built and very sturdy.
