Mailtrack is a great, affordable app that seamlessly integrates into gmail. It gives me great insight into how my emails are performing with my clients. I recently requested help from the support team (which is only available for pro subscriptions) and got my issue promptly resolved by Jack. Would highly recommend!

Its one of the best emails tool

I have had a positive experience when contacting the service department. My needs were met immediately, the app has been very useful for my business in more ways that one.

Suite à une ponction de 9,99 € de Google Pay, j'ai accusé à tort Mailtrack Free d'être payant. J'ai donc été débité de 9,99 € PLUS VITE QUE L'OMBRE DE ... Google Pay. J'ai donc bloqué ma carte de crédit. Et viré Google Pay, je passe à la concurrence. Google va me rembourser.Ou pas. Le Service Mediation de Mailtrack est super rapide et efficace. Si les relevés de cartes de crédit étaient plus clairs ce serait mieux .

To be fair, I quite enjoy mailtrack. It is a wonderful add-on, and it supported me a lot in my work.

However, I decided to stop using mailtrack FOR NOW, mainly because it affect my working behavior alot, and actually brings some troublesome to me. I must emphasize that this issue happens mostly because of me and due to the nature of my work, so I still support Mailtrack and probaly use it again in the future.

Having read that Mailtrack now works with Microsoft Outlook I was excited to download the basic version before purchasing Advanced subscriptions and deploying across our team.
The functionality seemed amazing and exactly what we were looking for.
Installation via the Microsoft 365 app deployment portal and local outlook went smoothly.
However, sending mail did not with continuous processing stalls and subsequently no tracking on sent email.
We contacted Outlook-Support@ for guidance taking the time to describe and screenshot the issues on several occasions and have received no response.
Mailtrack are seemingly very to take your money yet, so far as I can see, they are unprofessional in their behaviour and attitude to support their customers, with an indignation to their subscribers support email and not even a web-support service, never mind a login portal such as their better competitors Yesware.
I would therefore urge parties considering a paid subscription to hold off and opt for a competitor until they improve their business and treatment of their customers.

I've been using Mailtrack.io for a while now, and I'm extremely impressed. The email tracking feature is incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights into when my emails are opened. It's user-friendly, reliable, and has become an indispensable tool in my professional communication. Five stars all the way!

Mailtrack is an excellent tool. I've been using it since 2017 and only stopped using it because the company's communications started to be through social media, but I recommend Mailtrack to everyone who uses email on a daily basis, when contacting customers.

The program is excellent in its operation.

Mailtrack helps me to be proactive in Sales cycle by giving triggers on email opens containing Proposal/Negotiations.

Mailtrack works like a charm. I have received read confirmation for every email I sent from my Gmail. I also have received alerts of unopened emails after a certain amount of time. And the support team solved an issue I had at lightning speed! If possible, I suggest to add reminders after 10/15/20/25 days of unopened and/or unreplied emails.

I've been using Mailtrack for years with a specific Gmail account, but I've since started a new business with a brand new Gmail account. I contacted them and asked if they could switch my paid Mailtrack to the new Gmail. They did it very promptly, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. A lot of other businesses might have said I had to pay for another account. I'll use them as long as I need them. Don't hesitate to pay for the paid account. It's worth it!!
