Delivery, sizing guide was great. Dress was a little long for me but the fit every where else was perfect and great material. A very happy customer!

I tried to remove a mark from my daughter’s bridesmaid dress 2 days before the wedding. Unfortunately the fabric (viscose) reacts badly to water. The dress crinkled and I could not sort it. I reached out to maids to measure and they offered me the option to order a new dress or purchase a sample dress in same colour and size for £60 but said it would need to be dry cleaned as it had make up on it. Fortunately I found a fabulous dry cleaner who saved the day. On the day of the wedding the dresses creased immediately and were very clingy around the tummy area, especially with the heat.

We had a great experience in the shop, trying on various shapes and sizes. However when I then ordered these they were not the same colour or fit as previously tried. Realising this I had to send each to each of my bridesmaids to try them on again within the 2 week returns window they give you. Consequently I have ended up paying over £30 in returns and delivery fees and still do not have dresses that we are happy with. Huge waste of time, money and stress. Such a shame.

We all visited the shop together and had a fun time trying on the various dresses. The lady was extremely helpful and within an hour we all had dresses we loved. They were delivered in a few days. Highly recommended

Very easy to use website, great quality dresses

I ordered three different lilac bridesmaid dresses and the colour, quality and fit of the dresses are perfect. They suit three different sizes and body shapes, and the dress alterations have complemented their shape and material.

Maids to measure have gone above and beyond for my bridesmaids and their dresses. I bought 5 dresses through them all in a variety of styles and colours. They even allowed me to return one past the returns date because it no longer fitted my pregnant bridesmaid. I then ordered a different style and more bump friendly dress in two difference sizes and they allowed me to keep the extra dress past the returns date for peace of mind as we weren’t sure what size we would need. They are so quick and efficient at replying to emails. Two of my bridesmaids also visited their store and said how helpful and friendly the staff were. I know that there are many big companies out there that wouldn’t be as accommodating as they have been to me. I will always be forever grateful of their help and we can’t wait to wear their dresses at my wedding in August.

So helpful, as always, very relaxed atmosphere- so many colours and styles to choose from. A really good selection of dresses available, lots of accessories to match such as bags & bows. A number of shoes to try on so you can imagine the dress with different heel heights. I’ve used them for being a bridesmaid multiple times. Would recommend to anyone! A lovely experience without any stress or stuffiness.

The fitter was patient and let us try on many different styles until we found the ones we were looking for.
