I can’t say enough about Marco and this program. From the first day I have grown more confident in my speaking and interaction with native speakers. Marco tailors the lesson to your needs and makes it fun and enjoyable. Marco always makes himself available outside of class hours and challenges you. If you want to grow, this is the place to do it !

Practicing my Spanish with Marco has been great! He’s always eager and brings energy to our lessons. Any time that I make a mistake he makes sure to correct me and provide reasoning and notes for me to follow up on. He’s also provided lots of offline resources to help me practice between classes. Any time I have a question he’s always available to chat offline as well. I highly recommend him as a Spanish teacher with a great understanding of the language and a positive attitude towards helping his students learn!

Marco is a phenomenal Spanish teacher with an exceptional grasp of Spanish grammar and a talent for making complex concepts easy to understand. I've been taking classes with him for nearly a year, and the progress I’ve made has been remarkable.

Before starting lessons with Marco, I already had a solid foundation in Spanish grammar. I could read well and hold basic conversations, but I struggled significantly with listening comprehension and following more complex discussions. Since beginning classes with Marco, my ability to understand spoken Spanish and engage in more in-depth conversations has improved dramatically.

Marco has been a wonderful Spanish tutor for our two kids, ages 13 and 6. They both enjoy their lessons, have fun, and are learning so much. He is very good at tailoring to a students needs. As someone living in Colombia he makes sure to help me past 'textbook spanish' - ie how to understand language and cultural references (although we also cover plenty of general spanish).

The best spanish teacher in Medellin, Colombia! I've taken many online classes (and a few in person) with Marco and he's helped my grasp of Spanish greatly. The classes are informative and fun, focus on any subject you want, with the goal of being able to effectively communicate. The class times and durations are flexible and pricing very reasonable.. the other tutors are awesome too. I highly recommend Mahau for anyone of any age!!

Marco teaches Spanish to 3 people in our family - he tailors the level of Spanish, content and study format to suit our different needs. We need to use our Spanish in Spain, so even though Marco is in Columbia, he adapts pronunciation and vocabulary so it's right for Spain. He is an excellent teacher and very patient - we highly recommend him.
