Helpfulness on the phone and speed of delivery

I have bought the Magnum Frog Eye mirrors many times over the last 10 years, for my driving school vehicles, and they are brilliant; not just for learners but also to make parking so much easier for experienced drivers. Beware of similar and cheaper imitations - I haven’t found any as good! I am however, disappointed with my latest purchase of the mirrors. I have been told that during the moulding process there is a small but sharp piece of plastic left sticking up at the top of the mirror housing. This is rubbed down to make it smooth but leaves the top of the mirror looking scuffed. I had to touch mine up with a laundry marking pen and some tyre black! It looks better, but is still annoyingly visible. All the other mirrors I have bought weren’t like that.

I literally cannot thank the lady enough for all her help after 2.5 hours of phone calls to dealers and fiat I was finally helped to order the right part for my motorhome wing mirror by MVS

Fast forward delivery. Quality product.

arrived in good condition within 24 hours. their phone receptionist was a great help as well. very good service

Excelent customer service from order to delivery with them going the extra mile to ensure what I ordered was compatible with my vehicle.

Very helpful company (especially Sharon).
Definitely went the extra mile to try sourcing the right part for me. Unfortunately it didn’t fit but the refund was quick and even refunded my postage. Would use again.

The quality of the product is excellent. But on a fixed-wing mirror on my VW 1980 camper van, there was no 'grab ' space to hold the mirror. Your mirror is not designed for the older vehicle. However, I removed your mirror clamp and drilled holes/screws to secure it to the wing mirror. And it works perfectly.

Excellent service from start of my enquire to delivery of the wing mirror l needed for my Motorhome, staff knowledge was first class.

Quick response, fast delivery, product perfect.
What more can you ask for.
Thanks.

Excellent service from Magnum Vehicle solutions. Very helpful and knowledgeable and even called back when they said they would.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone.

I have been buying products from Magnum Vehicle Solutions throughout my time as a driving instructor and I still value the blind spot mirrors that they provide and I recommend them to other drivers.

Clear website, easy to find product.
