Thanks for the 5* review! Glad you’re enjoying Magma! 🔥
First and last day for me on the site…
First and last day for me on the site sadly. Bought 266 tickets to a draw (£575), I had a good chunk of the 1100 tickets that had been sold, and managed to not win the draw (only a small prize of £250) OR any of the 50 instant wins. None of them were won in the time I played. Would love to know how the number generator picks the instant wins because seems like a lot of profit can be made on competitions that conveniently nobody “finds” instant wins on? Exceptionally bad luck for me I guess, but definitely worrying how “competition” sites aren’t regulated by the gambling industry at all, despite how easy it is to spend a fortune trying to “find” instant wins that may or may not be allocated fairly 🤔

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We completely understand how frustrating this must have felt, particularly after spending a significant amount and not getting the outcome you’d hoped for.
We do want to reassure you regarding how our instant wins work. Our competition platform is provided by ZAP, a well-established UK competition website developer whose platform is used across the industry. We have absolutely no control over which ticket numbers are allocated prizes, when those winning tickets are purchased, or who receives them. There is no facility for us to move, hold back or manipulate instant wins.
It genuinely is luck of the draw. We’ve had competitions where some of the biggest instant win prizes have been found when only around 1% of the tickets have sold, which can result in us making a significant loss on a competition. Equally, there are occasions where instant wins remain unfound until much later because the winning tickets simply haven’t been purchased.
We regularly see both sides of this – customers getting incredibly lucky from a small number of tickets, and others unfortunately spending considerably more without getting the result they hoped for. We appreciate that when you fall into the latter group, it can be extremely disappointing.
We’re genuinely sorry your first experience with us wasn’t a more positive one. We completely understand your frustration and certainly feel your pain, but we hope this provides some reassurance that instant win outcomes are not something Magma has any control or influence over.

Excellent competition site
Excellent competition site. The first time I played I won an instant win of £100 cash which was deposited straight away. Then a few goes later I won a MacBook Air! But I chose the cash alternative of £1,200 which was added to my account straight away. Communication is excellent with fast replies, can’t recommend them enough 👌

I won and I took the cash alternative
I won and I took the cash alternative. At first I had a phone call, I didnt recogise the number, so I didn't answer, then I got a message on my voicemail saying to look at my email, and I did, and I still wasn't convinced, I replied to the email, and when I received the money, I couldn't believe, I was so shocked, its 100% legit and I would certainly recommend and play again

What a great competition site.
What a great competition site.
Great odds at reasonable prices.
I’ve had a couple of wins and always great communication and fast pay out.
What stands out though is the amount of extras. I win £50 Tesco voucher from an incentive I didn’t even know was running and, the recent free bonus roulette spin was really fun and has also bagged me a free win.
The most engaging site out there.

Thank you so much for such a lovely review! It’s brilliant to hear you’ve already had a couple of wins with us, and even better that some of the little extras have been lucky for you too! You’re definitely on a roll! We put a lot into making Magma more than just the competitions themselves, so hearing that you find us one of the most engaging sites out there genuinely means a lot to the whole team. Hopefully there are plenty more wins with your name on them! 🧡
High recommend
High recommend - I am new to this and won on a competition and took the cash alternative. Cash was in bank within hours and great customer service. Draws are live therefore legitimate and an easy website to navigate to get the tickets. Marc the host is very good and also does the races as well which adds abit of fun.

Thanks for the review and glad to hear you’re loving the watch! We can see that your discount email was sent, so it may be worth having a quick check of your junk/spam folder in case it’s found its way in there as they seem to often do this on the first email! Our new player discount code is also displayed on the banner on our website - you can use NEW20 for 20% off. We’ve also currently got 20% off all competitions until midnight tonight (Wednesday 19th August) with code AUG20, so feel free to make use of that one too! 🤞

Genuine raffle , great odds and trusted.
What can I say about Magma Competition. A raffle site you can trust. Played for a few weeks, didn’t win, then yesterday bought a few tickets in one raffle and WON.
Great comms and they let me know almost instantly.
Great raffle site with great odds, and you can trust them. Not much more you could want in a raffle site.

Hi Adil,
Sorry that you couldnt win off your one ticket for 75p into the £10,000 cash maybe you should have been like Sharon who won with two tickets and was yet another new winner to Magma Comps.
You got us though we do have people who win more than once who play with us every week without fail plus we only usually do 399-1999 tickets so your odds are always very good.
We are proud that we crown 100s of NEW winners every month and our reviews speak volumes about how we operate.
Thanks
