Bad business. Bank card got hacked and I couldn’t get a refund. Received the bras AFTER I cancelled the order and they don’t fit. More like an A cup. And they do not look like the videos I saw. Completely different. Wasted £30 for nothing. Luckily I had put all of my money into a separate account before the random website I had never been to before didn’t take my money out. DO NOT BUY!!!

They knowingly sell size XS and mark it as 2XL or differently. The packing and website show they're a scam. They do not issue refunds. Do not shop here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Magicswear.com is a dangerous scam operation. I placed an order for $44.58, which showed up on my bank statement under a completely hidden name "TOYBOUNDCOM".

A few days later, they sent me an email claiming they couldn't deliver to my country due to shipping restrictions. On June 7, they sent an official cancellation and refund confirmation email. However, the refund was completely fake and never arrived. Instead, on the exact same day, they used my compromised credit card details to steal an additional $39.97 through a secondary unauthorized transaction!

They use fake order cancellations just to buy time and harvest credit card numbers for further theft. I had to freeze my card and file an official international fraud dispute (chargeback) with American Express, as well as file a federal cybercrime complaint with the FBI's IC3. Stay far away from this website!

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered two bras on 5/29/26 from a TikTok shop ad. It was BOGO 50%, and the first bra was $9.99, making the second $4.99. They charged each bra as a separate order and charged me $14.99 shipping for each package! The shipping was never disclosed in the ad, and I got a sinking feeling in my stomach when I saw the charges on my bank account weren't even from magicswear.com but onetribeshop.com...
Not only that, but shipping supposedly takes anywhere from 7-25 business days. And my shipping information has not been updated since 5/30, when it shows the bras were shipped. There is no more information about where these bras may be, and when I contacted the company to try to get a refund, they refused. So not only can you NOT tell me where my order is, but you also refuse to refund the order that may never even arrive... got it.
NEVER buy from this company, and warn your friends about them, too! Shady, shady "business".

DO NOT trust this site. They are a scam they take your card information and use it for other things. Incorrect name appearing on statement, I had to get a new card and they’re still trying. Report them to the BBB

This is a scam, trying to reach to them. Just no reply from. I am so frustrated that we work our ass off that to earn tiny small amount of money as well and then people like This brands shows up, making videos, making us feel that we should trust them and then The Scam starts. Woow. One guy called Patrick emailed me to offer help. But again he ghosted my email reply. I am trying my best to reach out to them since the moment I placed order for $34 but got deducted $34 + $60 I don’t know why I had to pay extra $60 just for 2 bras that was about $9 for each bra In a mega sale. Now they said that order is dispatched it’s been more than 3weeks still not sure where is the order, where is my got damn money , I just don’t know.

The ad I l saw through Facebook was appealing and looked legitimate, I placed the order for one item that was supposed to be $9.99 and for that order I was charged $24.95 then after that they took another $7.95 for an item they stated I added on and would not refund me for any of it. I have a fake tracking number and have no way of knowing where my item is or if I'm ever going to receive it.

2000 % scam! Ordered a bra the tracking is a complete mess a run around it won't arrive and they tried to steal more and had to get a totally new replacement card. So pissed! Do not give them your card info. You've been warned.

As many mentioned, the total amount charged for the order went up for no reason at all as I was paying, and right now the order is stuck on "ready" status for weeks, not even sure if I'm gonna receive it or not. But the kicker is that my debit card info was stolen and I started receiving notifications from my bank that I made purchases from sites I never even went to/never heard of, so I had to block my card. Absolute scammers.

This was the biggest fiasco of an order and I wish I had looked into this site before ordering.
I had placed two bras in my cart. Came back another day to order them. Clicked review order. I saw an offer to add another bra heavily discounted. Thought great, so I went back deleted one bra and then went back to my cart then review order again and added that bra. All happy I went to checkout. Everything seemed fine. Until I checked my email...
1. I ended up with three orders. One for the two bras I was going to order but after reviewing my order went back to change my cart. The second and third order were for the discounted bra and regular priced bra placed in separate orders. For what reason I have no clue, I didn't do that.
2. When I looked at my orders I realized that the $5 shipping wasn't applied, that I had been charged $15 instead FOR EACH ORDER!!!. So 3 shipping charges.
So far, customer service has been great, they've cancelled the two orders, I was originally trying to sort this out on my phone and missed the third order# so I've sent another email and ticket for cancellation of that order.
I've worked for an online webstore and this was the most misleading, incorrect site I've ever ordered from. Buyer beware! Do not order!

If I could give them no stars I would. They are scammers just taking your money. I made one order and they have now charged be three times and I have not received my order. I submitted a customer service ticket with them complaining and demanding my money back and they have not responded. Do not order from magicswear.com.

So after five weeks of back-and-forth with this company, I can legitimately say that this is a true scam. They definitely practice fraudulent activities to gain customers card information to overcharge them on their orders and probably keep their card in full to charge for things that they didn’t agree on. My order was totally not as advertised. They will charge you unknowingly shipping fees that was not on the confirmation page before processing. Once you receive the bras, you’ll notice that they are made for Barbie dolls with dollar store materials and quality. Also, You will never receive your refund that they say they’ve sent. This is not a business, this is a crook of a company. It Should be shutdown and we should all get our information together, emails and correspondences together & connect. We NEED TO file a class action or private group lawsuit for these individuals behind the keyboard at MAGICSWEAR.COM. As we all know, there is no way to speak to this fraudulent person but I’m sure some attorneys could!!!!!!!!

I'll never know if the bra wears as well as advertised because the xl size sent to me actually had a size A cup, not what I expected per the size guide. I reached out about a return/refund but it's been 2 weeks since their initial email. Still waiting for a response....

Damn fake! Not same as per picture. Too different. Do not purchase! They wont refund you! Scam alert!

I've ordered one bra, for which they priced shipping as 5$, but after purchasing you get a notification from a bank, with a much higher number.. They actually price you 15$ for shipping. After I cancelled my purchase, they said the order was cancelled and money refunded, but no money ever came back. I went to order a new bank card, just in case.

Ordered one item, checkout price was $14.95, ended up being charged $26.12, reached out and was given excuses about shipping insurance that I did not authorize. Asked to cancel order, but bc it had "shipped", they couldn't. Still haven't received item. Disputed with CashApp and got a refund, however I keep getting $39.99 charges from random websites that I've never been to or would even go to. Spam. Trash. Fraudulent. Don't do it!

Horrible quality! The bras offer no support at all. They look nothing as pictured or advertised. I defnitely do not recommend these.

Scam. Do not order from this Company. They stole my card details and I had fraudulent transactions in the US afterwards. Steer well clear

This company is a total scam .never ever buy from them.first of all ,the bra I ordered is very poor quality ,straps are so thin and very saggy as against what was in the ad.It was sent from china not US .Secondly,they charge me way more than what was said in the order .Then after 4 days ,they debicted another 57$ .When contacted via email,it was said the 57$ is for the VIP subscribtion which I have not even subscribed .Tried contacting many times (only emails given ,no phone numbers) but with nil response.such real scammers .

My experience with Magicswear has been extremely disappointing.

I paid NZD $93.60 for what was advertised as a quality, supportive product, but what I received was nothing like the photos on the website. The material feels cheap, the sizing is completely inaccurate, the cup size is far too small, there is virtually no support in the straps, and the overall quality is poor. The product is unwearable for me.

What made the experience even worse was discovering an additional subscription charge of NZD $70.05 after checkout. I was apparently enrolled through a pre-selected checkbox that I did not notice during the ordering process. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.

In total, I have been charged NZD $163.65 and have received a product that I cannot wear and would never have purchased had it been accurately represented.

The product quality does not justify the price, and the checkout process left me feeling deceived. I would strongly advise potential customers to read every screen carefully before purchasing and to check their bank statements afterwards for any additional charges.

I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution and refund.

Very disappointing experience.
