I’ve been a two year subscriber and always satisfied. Surprised by the low rating here.

I purchased several boxes of Magic Spoon S’mores cereal, and all of them appear to be from the same lot (A55297A, Best By 11-23-26).

When I opened them, several of the inner bags were not sealed (just folded), and all had a noticeable oily film/fogging inside the bag. The cereal was still crisp, but the packaging condition raised concerns about exposure to air or heat.

I contacted Magic Spoon support on March 13 and again on March 26, provided photos and full details, and have not received any response as of mid-April.

This may be a batch/quality control issue, but the lack of response from support has been disappointing.

I’m posting this in hopes of getting a response and resolution.

I absolutely love the cereal my favorite is the cinnamon. I see people gave it negative reviews I don’t get it. I thought the cereal was delicious.

I bought a box of Magic Spoon cereal as it sounded interesting.
I found the taste to be better than I had expected.
However, it is "greasy".
I love me some butter, or good steak fat, but I don't want my breakfast cereal to leave my mouth coated in grease.
I did not finish the box. :(

I ordered a bundle of the protein bars. I have bought them from Amazon before and liked them so figured I'd save a few dollars (very few) by ordering direct. They shipped with a company called Speedx which does not actually ship! 3 weeks later I filed a claim with my credit card to get my money back. Check out Speedx reviews here. Magic Spoon is just as bad for using them.

In February of this year I ordered 12 units of Magic Spoon online, bolstered by their claims of "Happiness 100% Guaranteed." Some of the cereal was pretty good. Some of it was not, however; the granola I'd ordered was chewy and gummy, and very unpleasant to eat. After looking through their site and emails I'd received several times it seemed the only way I could reach them was via email. I also noticed that nowhere on their 'terms of service' or 'refund policy' did there appear to be any sort of guarantee. Both of these pages claimed Magic Spoon *might* issue a refund, but entirely at their discretion. This is absolutely not "Happiness 100% Guaranteed." I sent an email to the stated address, including my order number, the amount paid, and the problem I had with the product. I sent this email on March 3. It is now May 7 and I have not heard a word back from them.
Magic Spoon is offering a fraudulent guarantee, hoping to rope customers into a false sense of security when buying their exceedingly expensive product

I cannot reach customer service! They have no phone # it is only an email and they never respond. I never signed up for a subscription yet that they keep sending boxes that I don't want! Grrrr...

this cereal tastes of protein shake powder, it smells like it too, the sickly sweet taste turns my stomach, and it sticks to my teeth. I am tired of seeing the bogus advertisements telling people that the product tastes like some sort of "treat" I bought four boxes, all of different flavors, and they were 12.00 plus change each. this is unacceptable. I will stick with anything but magic spoon, I felt guilty sending the one box that I did not try to the food bank, that's how bad it really is. I hope they get sued for saying that it tastes "like a treat" save your money.

Just got a $39 box today and was excited to try them. I ate bowls of each of em. Then I saw after eating them that they contain BIOENGINEERED INGREDIENTS! NO WAY AM I EATING THIS CRAP! THAT STUFF IS SO UNHEALTHY AND CHANGES YOUR BODY, AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. ALTERING THESE FOODS SERIOUSLY MESSES WITH YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM AND CAUSES SICKNESS IN AND YOULL NEVER KNOW IT!!

This company is filled with fake reviews it’s absurd. Some of their product is pretty good but costs too much. Their fake review filled website should be investigated. Some of them actually talk about a different product lol

total rip off. who in the right mind spends £10 + shipping on a box of cereal thats about as nutritious as the box it comes in.

Really, improve your product before you put it to market. The only thing that was top notch was packaging. Taste was off with a milky taste, less flavor than expected, and sticks to my teeth after like glue. The worst part is that it is like eating crispy sawdust. It will scratch the inside of your mouth far worse than Captain Crunch. This product is not for anyone who has chewing issues at all - the cereal is so very hard (if you can call it cereal). Bowl and spoon were okay, but should be a whole lot nicer for price paid - silicone and cheap aluminum. Not totally healthy - is all that oil really needed? And lacks fortification. I bought this as a dieting aid, and that sadly, is all it is. Nutrisystem even tastes better, and that is saying something.

I purchased 4 packs of cereal thought to purchase it because theyre keto. took over a week to deliver, then I get an email saying its been delivered even though I didnt receive it, and then i knew once again this is an EVRI pattern that keeps happening, (EVRI I have completely stopped using) my parcel must be dumped at the main entrance by EVRI, I always ask companies if they use EVRI before purchasing, and I cant remember if I asked them or not but theyre very manipulative because it says they use DHL but then I see Hermes on my box, I dont understand how companies even use EVRI!!

I spent $40 on 4 packs of cereal for it to once again just be dumped outside on the filthy floor, i wont be buying again.

Also the actual cereal itself, I havent tasted all of them ive only tasted the peanut one, the taste starts out nice but then has a really weird after taste of weigh protein which lingers in your mouth which is revolting...

Havent tried the rest of them but I believe in the youtube reviews ive seen that they also probably wont be so good, last time buying this product....

If the rest were good I would have probably purchased again, but after dumping my stuff out even if the rest are good, I wont be buying...

Update: They told me they will refund but and were very polite to be honest, how they dealt with my complaint i appreciate, so I changed the 1 star to 3.

tastes like if a really weak wizard conjured up some froot loops from just sand. Tastes like if you made flavorless cheese puffs and ran them through a warehouse where some froot loops were stored. Tastes like if froot loops died and their corporeal body was now dust, and the long faded memory of it's phantom wisped by you while you were sleeping and you faintly remembered it the next day.

while the health benefits compared to actual froot loops might be great, the flavor is lacking, the box is small, and the price is actually a bit insulting. I can't recommend this

The fact is magic spoon have a great product. However they really undermine themselves in two ways. One, it is very expensive, to the point of barely being justifiable. Two, and muc worse, they bombard you with supposed "offers" that turn out to never actually apply to you. At first i thought this was an error, that I had made a mistake. I contacted the company and was assured on my next order of course these offers would be available to me. But when the time came it was a nope, those offers only apply to new customers and I has just been lied to. The company website makes no effort to warn you of this, just keeping the offer up as a banner ad the whole time with no details explained. Shameless bait and switch tactics and the final straw for me. I won't be going back to them or recommending them to anyone. A good product ruined by sketchy business practices. I hope they learn to do better.

I can say that the customer service was excellent, but the product for me, was terrible. It gave me horrible gas and upset my stomach. I emailed the company and they refunded me my money within a few days of responding to my email. I did purchase the cute bowl and spoon and kept them. But, unfortunately, have four boxes of cereal that I will never put in my mouth again!

What u read are true these are amazing.... this stuff is amazing, it's a miracle there is so little carbs and we all know cards are the killer. The flavours are unbelievable unfortunately the packs are small 200g that's 2 bowls for me so they taste amazing and are healthy just they should sell them in 400 or 500 packs so u need to order less lol, 10/10 awesome

It was purely out of curiosity that I bought a box of the fruity cereal. I have to admit, I am a 60 year old man who still feels like a kid. The morning I tried the cereal I went total 6 year old. Made a bowl, found some cartoons on tv and enjoyed my entire breakfast.
The fruity cereal tasted like what I remembered, perhaps just a bit different. I like the fact that the cereal contains no sugar. I will definitely buy again

I do not know how you could give this chemical flavoured chalk dust anything but a 1 star review in good conscience. Ordered a pack of them and none of the flavors remotely resembled what they were supposed to be. The texture and aftertaste made them all practically inedible, especially for the price.

I ordered the bundle an 2 extra flavors. I am a cereal eater and gym rat. However so far only the Fruity flavor is actually tasty. The graham cracker has no taste really, oatmeal cookie doesn'teven taste like oatmeal, frosted is ok, have not yet tried the cocoa flavor but overall the only flavor I would buy a again is Fruity...the rest are duds.
