1 star is too much for Magical Vegas.The worst site ever.Guys be careful they counted each pound as a winning return to the player.As a new customer they give some wins just to trust them.After just taking money, and give 1 or 5 or 20 pounds.So dont join them.I have closed my account after losing a big amount of money.This site must be closed.Constant errors as well.I cannot understand what are they doing in UK, they should be reported to UKGC.

Been playing on magical Vegas for a while now and I've never had any problems with them iv won and lost withdrawals are fast payout great games its one of my favourites

Probably one of the worst bonuses you'll ever get your limited to 15 games you can play on and So if you put a 100 pound on they give you 100 pound and wagering requirement is 10000 pounds So you will basically lose no matter what you do Because you will constantly go on the same slots because you don't have a choice

What has happened to magical vegas I had trouble logging in and when I did actually log in my balance was zero and it shud if been around £40 ??? Has anyone else had issues today??

Awful site I used to love it but not anymore,they give you free spins on the promotion but don’t tell you which game it’s on you have to try them all and none of them work plus it’s 50x wagering not worth bothering with ,try and email them and get a reply if you are lucky six weeks later ,just to add they have since blocked my ability to make a deposit not just on here but also on their sister sites have asked the others why but had no reply from any of them just rude

Do not listen to the negative reviews. I baked £13000 in total in one day then another £2300 the next day. The ID checks took longer than normal but that was down to me not submitting the correct things. Once verified the money was in my bank with 2 hours , all three times! Excellent site and would defo recommend

I think people lose and then start blaming the site which is ridiculous I started off losing then had a nice run and was up £20 or £30 I continued playing lost £20 and ended £10 up.
I could have won £30 buy I chose to carry on that's not the sites fault is it !!

Well just like the rest of the reviews on here I am also not happy with this site . Can not even reply to them by there email links keeps saying invalid address . The game play sucks keeps lagging freezing the reels don’t fall right not a very enjoyable game site to play they have a bad server you think it being a uk base site it would not have this problem gay spins was the same they mite be the same they both have the same platform and same issue. If you play and win the first time your sign up take the money as after that they just take take take .

Shocking site,deposited over £150 on one game and it took my money had one win of £19.20 never had a bonus never had a feature,this has happened on quite a few games I've played on this site! I'm well out of pocket never had issues on other casi of sites,so I would avoid save your money play elsewhere!

I deposited funds went to play games to be told my account had been closed. Lost my funds and emailed them 5 day's ago still no reply

AVOID. Takes your money but then blocks your game when you eventually get free spins. Yesterday I git 2 out of my 15 free spins on fluffy favourites. I still can't access any fluffy games today. I contacted the email given on here to be told it will be sorted soon. Don't use this site.!!!

Don't play on this site I've learnt the hard way

This site is the worst site I have ever been on I won a few days ago and it took my money I have never claimed any promotions the sire crashes all the time it takes ages to get logged in something needs to be done surely you can see all these people complaining but still nothing gets done

This site is the worse site I have ever played and I play a lot of casino site and this one is just scammers , I deposited 20 pound and had a bonus of .£2.50 I was playing my game and I was winning and I was playing my game and I had won quiet a big sum of money I win £1,864 and I was still playing and I must of spun the game about three times after winning and then all of a sudden my balance went to nothing I was disgusted so I tried to call the live phone chat and as always never working , so I got in touch with live chat and I explained the situation and they said they forfeited the money for wager so I said what £1,864 for £2.50 anyway I was getting no where with them they wasn’t interested so I looked on the terms and conditions and it stated if you don’t pay the wagering requirements with seven day they forfeit you money so I went back to live chat and explained it again they was not interested at all they wasn’t giving me my winnings I was just getting nowhere with them , they are scammers how can they take your money you won and especially a big amount ,I have played a lot of casino sites and I have never had a casino site ever do this and I have won big before , they take your money and steal it they should not be allowed to do that and get away with it they scammed me and their is nothing I can do , about it but they should not be allowed to do this to people but if you win small the they don’t take it and if you win big amount they take all your winnings which is disgusting and something should be done about this site they should not be allowed to do this and as for the site it always crashes no live phone chat as they say they have cause it’s never working they are the worse site and scammers I have ever known never met a casino site like it

This is the worst casino online or close to it.no one answers live chat,phone number not working no reply to emails disgusting.I joined on wednesday by invite from another casino.I put £250 in i layed slots for about 20 minutes a locked my account.said contact cs but they are non existant there is no online support.I urge everybody never use this casino it is so so bad.I wish i would have read the revues on trust pilot first before i deposited.The reviews on trust pilot for this casino are scandalous a a disgrace if i was this casino i would be embarrised treating customers with distain.Well magical vegas do you think yor keeping the £225 i had left of my deposit,we will see about that wont we you scammers, sean foxcroft

This site constantly crashes with internal server error and when your playing a slot and this happens , it will not take you back to the game you were playing …. It starts a whole new game which is a joke ! It seems to happen a lot if your on a feature in a slot and also that long ass “ are you having fun “ message is annoying when it pops up in the middle of a slot spinning or feature .
Their server is obviously poop which works in their favour cos the more people get frustrated the more they lose . I’ve noticed as well a few pound here and there disappears when u log back in from this error .
They should not be allowed to let people use the site until they fix their server errors . It’s not a one day thing “ it’s all the time !!! “ and to log back in you need to clear your browser history . It’s all long …. Wastes ur playing time and puts you in a bad mood which ain’t good when ur gambling .
