Silvana, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Thank you so much. We keep our customer service level the same after you're approved, so if anything arises and you need some help, don't hesitate to call. Have a Magical day!
Poor Customer Service
I initially applied and got approved for a $200 loan. I received the money but I returned it within the cooling off period so no interest was incurred. The reason I returned it because I realized I needed more so I wanted to reapply for a higher amount (and I will pay on the same pay date as my previous loan). I emailed many times but received no reply. I called after a few days and the agent told me I cannot reapply and she does not know the reason why. Not helpful at all. She told me to email payment department and I sent an email more than 5 times until now no reply!

Hi Elle, I'm so sorry about that. If there's a reason why you can't apply, you most definitely should be informed as to why. This may have been a communication issue, as managers would be able to handle this situation. If you call or email us between 9 am and 5 pm (EST), there will be someone here who will be able to help. I couldn't find any files on our system that match your name and situation, so I can't assign a manager to help you out yet. Please get in touch with us so we can get to the bottom of this. In any case, thanks for dropping us this review. Have a Magical week.

Hi Mark! Thanks for the review. Now, just to clear things out: we do not view Credit Scores since we're only offering Payday loans at the moment. We base our decisions on bank statements and whatever the customer writes in their application. Have a Magical week ahead!
Lies all lies
Lies all lies, they keep having pop ups on the website claiming that they have approved all these people for loans ....those are embellished and all lies. They make you believe that they're going to help they make you wait then they reject you. What a BS company shame on ALL OF YOU. A disgrace to decent Canadians that really need some financial assistance.

Right now I am very disappointed with Magical Credit. I paid my loan in full yesterday in the afternoon and applied to reloan and still havent received any reply from them even though I have sent them a few emails to see whats going on. They were never like this with me, as I have never missed any payments with them. I have always paid my loan in full, reapplied and they were quite fast in reloaning me. But now nothing and I am not even sure why. So I am quite disappointed with them...

Hi Banafsheh. I would like to apologize for the delay in dealing with your application. You should have heard back within a matter of hours (especially since you're a recurring customer), not days. We are bringing your review to the agents who were in charge of your file. We know how frustrating it can be when expectations aren't met. We are super proud of how we streamlined the lending process, but unfortunately, mistakes like these still happen. We're sorry for making you wait for as long as you did. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this review, by the way, as reviews like yours help us review our processes and improve them. Have a Magical week!
