TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
So I am updating my review today because of the horrendous communication from these people!
I go on the website this morning to pay off my current loan and then go through the new application to find out I can't submit my banking information.
I call and speak to someone in customer service. I am then told that magical credit is no longer offering loans to residents of alberta.
My jaw dropped as I realized I was just screwed over on the money I sent.
Magical credit NEVER sent out any notifications to me via email or text stating these changes. I am now out $171.00 because magical credit once again changed policies without notifying clients.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi Jenna,
Thanks for the review. We'll review your history with us to understand why the approval process has been slower than you expected from us.
I would like to apologize because the communication regarding our policy change could have been better. We'll bring this up to our team and use it as a case study on how to handle communications from now on. Thanks for describing your issues in detail, as it helps us to improve.
