Ich nutze die nun App seit einem Monat für meinen Ecom Store. Es ist super übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Ich habe jetzt zum zweiten Mal den Support kontaktiert und nach Hilfe gebeten. Sie lösen alles super und schnell. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Stay away. We bough multiple plugins and none of them work from start. Customer support is so that i cannot describe... It was easier for us to fix some problems by ourself than their support that seems not to understand basic English language.

They used to have good support that fixed bugs and problems but this totally changed and its not worth buying broken plugin that their support cant fix or you will need weeks to get things done.

We will probably charge back if they don't fix things in next days. Awfull so stay away.

I’ve been using Mageplaza extensions for multiple Magento webshops for about five years now.

I initially started working with Mageplaza modules through the Porto theme, where several of their extensions were integrated by default. In recent years, my focus has shifted mainly to Hyvä-based webshops, and I now use Mageplaza extensions directly within that setup.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The extensions are reliable, well-maintained, and fit nicely into both older and more modern Magento setups. Support has also been helpful and responsive when needed, which is a big plus.

That consistency and flexibility are the main reasons I continue to use Mageplaza extensions in my projects.

As a user of three years, I am very satisfied with their service, and I hope they will release more useful plugins. I will purchase them if needed.

I had some issues but Chloe and Harry helped me and I also got a discount code.

Amazing customer support! Initially there was a compability issue with my store's theme but after contacting support, in less than 30 minutes the app was completely functional.

We have use MagePlaza for other extensions in the past and they have been quick to fix problems with their code when we pointed it out to them.
However, last month we purchased the Table Rate Shipping plugin for Magento 2 for a dropship company.
When we tried to use it, it was clear that there was a problem.
We have been sending emails to them for 4 WEEKS, they promised they will get it to work, but nothing is getting done.
All they ask for is passwords and access to our private server (when the problem is with their code as we have demonstrated), and they send automatic emails every 2 days asking if the problem is fixed (when they haven't actually done anything).
When we send information to them via the ticket system, they ask for it via email because their support ticket system is broken.
As we said, we've used this company before with other Magento plugins and it has been fine, but in this case something is very wrong with the quality of their support. They are based in Vietnam, so the quality of their English is poor which we feel is half of the problem.
