My order did not arrive and when I asked why I was told the delivery company had delivered it and was sent a photo of my package inside the building.

On closer inspection, I realised that the internal door my package was sitting in front was a colour and design that we don't have anywhere in our building. It was also delivered at nearly 10pm.

The supplier said he would try and find out where the courier had delivered it to. When I contacted him the following day (it was a Friday) he said that he was sending out another item to us. I explained that we were in a small office and our opening hours M - F were 08:30 - 17:30 and we were closed Sat - Sunday, so if they tried to deliver after closing or at the weekend, there would be nobody available to receive it.

The package arrived the following Monday at 10:45. And the supplier apologised profusely.

Took the payment then tried to increase the delivery cost to £ 20 an extra £12.00.for a small light parcel. Have been promised a full refund but apparently this will take 5 working days.

They were absolutely brilliant. The doors are lovely, the lead time from order to deliver was great ( given that they were custom made to size), one of the doors arrived with a defect possibly from transport and they have promptly changed it without any extra cost. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Bought a quite expensive flexible rubber profile for my new laminate floor.
Item arrived and at first seemed perfect, very difficult to unravel 3 metres of this stuff and check it….. Anyway first metre went down and on unraveling the rest it was heavily marked/stained and unfit for use….. seller won’t replace… as I have cut it… live and learn..

The first order was not too great but the second one is perfect! Product just perfect fit to my stairs.

Ordered three items in good faith online, they only sent one then kept saying the others were in the post.
After asking for an update on three separate occasions, including phoning them, I asked for a full refund, they only refunded £47.98 out of £81.86 that I spent and left me with a piece of floor trim that is useless to me without the other two.

Be advised, steer well clear
