I have never been able to buy my husband a pair of nice shoes that last through his shoe abuse longer than three months or so, let alone, an online purchase because the size never seems to fit correctly. Well Madixa has solved our problems! My husband absolutely loves all the shoes I have purchased for him and they keep up with his needs through his tough terrain outings or our date nights at fine restaurants, the quality and cost are great and the customer service and followup on orders is outstanding! Try this footwear! You will not regret it.

1 star is way too many for this Chinese company, any positive review of 4 to 5 stars come from the thieves running this and the same companies with different names that offer this incredible looking clothes, shoes etc but there's absolutely no quality, most likely u get the worst polyester u can imagine, faux leather and sizes will only fit 6 to 10 yr old children. I keep finding them with different names, luckily my first order to try them out was a t-shirt for which I paid like $12 but is was not worth $.50 I already knew about their sizes so I ordered triple Xtra large and it barely fit my small frame girlfriend when I jokingly tried the shirt, it disintegrated!

I’ve ordered 2 pairs of boots first time… I was amazed how beautiful and comfortable they are! My son just loves it. Will definitely buy again! Thanks!!!

Great shoes! I have high arches and wide feet so the shoe's were a tab bit narrow but eventually loosened up. Have worn them 10 times for about 8 hrs each time and there holding up nicely

My last order arrived only 5 days after I ordered. Most place I order from take almost 2 weeks. Your customer service is excellent and your products are the same as I order. Your company is great for me and I get what I order, no subs. Thank You.

I'm dang near positive that this whole setup is a scam. To make a long story short, I ordered shoes, I never received them, nor did I get a refund. They initially mailed the shoes (from Shanghai, although they are Ontario-based) to a VERY old address that I haven't lived at for over 10-years. I really have NO idea how they even acquired that address, but I'm sure it was (begin sarcasm) some sort of LEGITIMATE means (end sarcasm). After a month had passed, without any communication from their "company", I finally found the China-based tracking service which informed me that the package had made the long trip from Shanghai to Texas, and back again, without so much as a peep from Madixa. Now smelling shenanigans afoot, I canceled my card immediately. When I finally initiated contact with their "customer service", they offered to resend the shoes with a vague %15 percent discount. Although never specifying how this discount would be applied. I asked for a refund. Since I canceled my card before any further damage could be done, they asked for a new card number. Well, I may have been born at night, but not last night. I told them that if they had any decency they would supply the refund via PayPal, a secure middle-man. Well, they refused my request, so, before they do any more evil, I cut off all contact with them. I wrote off my $60s as a lesson on the true shadiness of it all. Trust me, DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!!! Oh, I also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission...

We like them it makes my son look more business like at school. He also likes that he can change and ware a different one the next time. I will be checking back to see the next kind we want to order. They look very good with Dickies.

I bought some shoes from this company before they changed their name. Took forever to get them. WHEN they did come, they were the wrong size. I ordered a size 12. They were a size 9 at best. I don't know how anyone could make that big of a mistake! I tried calling and emailing for months, never once got a response. I'll never buy from an online company out of the US again! Especially one that won't put their mailing address on their site. Shows how shady a company is. Great job trying to cover your butts!

I ordered 2 pair of men shoes on 12/16, they advertised "Get them in time for Christmas " here it is January 12, 2022 I still have not received anything. I was sent a tracking email on 12/19 stating that it would arrive between 12/30 & 1/11, still nothing. I have reached out to this company via phone (does not have live persons) Via email in which I have not received an answer back. At this point I'll just take a refund, this is quite a disappointment.

I hadn't received a confirmation email and I contacted support to rectify the issue. Samantha emailed me first thing in the morning with the confirmation email.

I followed up , was giving a delivery date.
Came on the date they said it would
I’m happy

Cheaply made smell horrible upon opening, so bad so my husband put them outside. This product is a China made and sold, buyer beware.

I feel dooped by this company and product.

Ganz schlecht!!!!! Qualität ist unter aller Kanone und umtauschen mit Geld zurück klappt auch nicht!!! Hab sogar noch 16 € investiert um es nach China zurück zu schicken u hab nie wieder was von denen gehört.

Well waited two weeks or more to get them! Package was delivered not in a box and torn saying damaged and may be missing items. Opened sure enough torn on right shoe. They looked a little cheaply made. Took photos before opening and photos of shoes and now trying to contact them!
