this is the third time my order is late because of mademine and the people who work there completely ignored me its not really fair a order to make does it really take 5 working days ?

Their custom gifts are so fun and unique - total standouts! The shipping speed is also good.

This company is very helpful and response quickly whenever I need help with my orders. I'm always left with that my issue has been resolved and have a clear understanding of the information given to me.

Dodgy scammer company, they rip you off with cheap nasty items, they make them wrong and charge you to fix. AVOID!!!

Cutomer service is the best. They always answer my questions.

First, this company does not offer support during business hours in the US. They are located in Hong Kong, which is anywhere from 13 to 16+ hours ahead of the US, making their support hours when we are winding down for the evening or sleeping. Second, the amount of time for an order to get from order placed to received by my customer is taking a lot longer than what MadeMine has on their website (we are at 4 days overdue, and the order has been in the same status for 5 days now). Third, they are refusing to refund my money on an item that is lost. Update: they credited my account for the lost item, but they are not allowing me to withdraw the money. Fourth, the company messaged me and asked me to remove my review on Trustpilot.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had to refund three orders this week. They take so long to ship. I've been waiting for three days for them to help me with the expected time frame on an order. They are destroying my business reputation. I am just trying to make sure people are getting their products. I shut it down before they get it shut down for me. So many unhappy customers and they won't refund me. When the reason everyone wants a refund is they are not shipping properly. Avoid them I wish I had!

I have made a few orders and so far its been great. Customer service reposnds as soon as they open and they are so nice. Thank you!
