Acabei de voltar de umas férias muito agradáveis na Madeira. A MadeiraDirect proporcionou um excelente serviço, organizando nossa estadia de forma eficiente, desde a apresentação de um motorista de táxi confiável até a extensão da estadia devido ao atraso do voo. O apartamento estava bem preparado e a localização era maravilhosa, com vistas deslumbrantes e próximo de restaurantes e comodidades. Algumas áreas, como toalhas e mobiliário exterior, poderiam melhorar, mas no geral, a experiência foi muito boa. Recomendo e espero voltar em breve!

Just back from a most enjoyable holiday in Madeira. Madeira Direct organised most of our stay including introducing a taxi driver who we would have been lost without. Problems at the airport with high winds caused our departure to be delayed but they managed to organise an extended stay until the plane finally arrived!

Good service as usual - we have used their apartments in Madeira for at least 6 years and have not been let down. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Excellent service despite arriving at their property late. The apartment was well prepared and they even came out I lost our keys (I hadn't!). Cleaning lady only spoke Portuguese but very fiendly

Excellent service from Madeira Direct. Loved the apartment. Clean and well equipped, in excellent location. They even arranged the airport transfers and gave us helpful advice on Funchal and the island. Would definitely use again. Highly commend.

Our group of four recently visited Madeira. Our early planning began with making contact with MadeiraDirect to arrange our accommodation requirements during our stay on the island. All correspondence over the number of months up to just prior to our departure from Canada was always prompt, informative and at all times conducted in a very professional manner.
We could not be more pleased with our accommodations and the service provided. We have already spread the word to our friends and family MadeiraDirect will be there for them when they plan to visit the stunningly beautiful island of Madeira.

Great service from Peter and the villa was just as advertised and better. The views were spectacular.

Wonderfully located and modern apartment.
Views amazin from private balcony [ as 4th floor ]
Very quiet as well set back from main road.
Pool and private garden excellent.
Wonderful restaurants nearby and one next door called Atlantico.
A short walk to the public Lido, with lots of space and very large pool with access into sea [ lifeguards present ]
Also has a restaurant at the front of the block at lower ground level to get food and drink during the day if you stay around the pool.

Das Angebot ist super. Alles sauber, grosszügig eingerichtet, ruhig, wunderbare Aussicht auf den Atlantik, Traumgarten. Der Beschrieb des Objaktes ist mehr als wahr. Anfragen etc. werden umgehend beantwortet. Hilfe ist während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit möglich. Sehr freundliche Agentur.

Provided a very good service whilst we visited Madeira. Sorted out a few travel rearrangements very quickly, and have friendly staff

Excellent, luxurious apartment-best we have ever stayed in. All appliances were brand new-there was even an electric orange squeezer!! Comfy beds and a great lounge area. We were there over New Year and watched the amazing fireworks from the apartment balcony , which has great views over Funchal. It took us a few minutes to work out how to open the gate to the complex the first time when we walked the 12 minutes down to the harbour!! Plenty good restaurants and bars in easy reach, and handy for the numerous local buses.Worth while walking to Camara de Lobos along the coast path for a glass of Poncha.or just catch a bus.

Fünf Sterne sind nicht genug. Die Wohnung ist der Hammer und die Betreuung durch Peter und den Housekeeper sind excellent. Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn und der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Den Rest für diesen genialen Urlaub haben das Wetter, die Insel und die überaus gastfreundlichen Portugiesen erledigt. Von uns: TOP-Empfehlung.

Amazing apartment, friendly people and most of all CLEAN, but I must say the island of Madeira is a very clean place to be compared to other holidays in other islands I have been to.

Spotless, washed island! Makes you feel good to be in these surroundings.

A great apartment with stunning views. All mod cons and the welcome pack was superb. A taxi was there to collect us and return us to the airport- very simple! There were 4 of us- plenty of room to spread out. Defo recommend!

A well equipped and spacious apartment for 4 people.
The whole process from booking to the time of our departure was handled smoothly and efficiently.
The booking was easy, they even arranged a taxi on our arrival and there was some one there to meet and great us. The person who met us was friendly and provided the right amount of information and advise. The main question should be: would you use them again? And the answer would be a definite “yes “.

The communication was very good and if we had Problems we Directly got help. The property is near the central of Funchal and you dont need a Car to Explore the City.
All in all a very nice Service and a Nice Holiday.

We have stayed in a few apartments managed by this company and have mostly found them to be very agreeable. Communication is good in both Portuguese and English, with Rita being particularly helpful.

The apartment is in the perfect location. Complete amenities with private backyard area with lounges and table and chairs along with large jacuzzi. The pool area for the apartment building is gorgeous and no one is ever there, so it feels like a private area as well.

Mr. Marsland is engaged and clearly wants guests to be comfortable. He assists with airport transfers and any questions.Please don't book too many days. so that there will be availability when I want to return :-)).
