MacUpgrades Anmeldelser

Got a good quality refurbished MacBook pro at a good price and it was dispatched and delivered promptly.

Great service, advice and quick delivery of parts

well packaged and easy to put in, with easy to understand instructions. Seems to work ok at the moment, but only time will tell if it lasts as long as the original battery.

The website is excellent and identified the exact upgrade I needed. The delivery was almost next day. I had a little difficulty inserting the "chip" but rang the firm and a guy answered and gave me help over the phone. Very personal service. As a Mac person, I will keep their website in my favourites.

Very useful info to help me choose the correct RAM upgrade for my Mac. Quick delivery, all good, can’t fault them

Does what it says on the tin, quick delivery - all parts were working

Quick delivery, instant phone support. Excellent service as before

I now have a new Mac after changing the ram!!!

Helpful with phone call, and product arrived quickly in good condition. Extra memory for iMac. Very easy to install.

Good prompt delivery, no quibble speedy exchange when the component (4GB RAM) failed to work. I would recommend to family and friends.

I had a few questions and the team was super responsive and helpful. I decided to drop off and pick up my Mac as I was in the area. Excellent service, by geeks, for geeks :-)

Identified my MacBook Pro from the serial number and suggested which RAM upgrade would suit.
Gave me leave to buy that upgrade at a competitive price and duly shipped it to me in a timely fashion. Excellent.

I sent my Macbook Air to MacUpgrades due to a faulty Logic Board. The team initially tried to repair the Logic Board, but as this wasn't possible, replaced the board for an additional fee. They kept in contact with me during this process, explaining the issue and my options to me. I received a very professional service and my Mac was returned to me within a week or so after I sent it. My Mac has been working perfectly since the repair was made, and I wouldn't hesitate to use MacUpgrades in the future.

Correct quality spares with prompt delivery.

Excellent service, delivery and advice on the site. Perfect solution.

I have had occasion to use the services of Macupgrades on 2 occasions. Both times the service has been second to non. Recently Apple carried out a repair. When the iMax was returned they had installed a new Logic Board but removed the OWC RAMS supplied by MacUprades over 2 years ago. They were either faulty or just incompatible with the new logic Board. I asked for advice from from both Apple and MacUpgrades. Apple have not yet responded, but Macupgrades responded immediately as offered to replace the RAM free of charge. This was before we even know if they are the issue. Truly excellent service!! Highly recommended!!!

Delivered promptly, kit was s advertised, installation was quick & easy and the ability to use the old 'drive' was a bonus

The after sales team are incredible. Took the time to troubleshoot with me over chat and sent an alternative part out with no fuss which works beautifully with my old mac. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great website, able to find components I needed at a reasonable price.
