I started with MM for the convenience and simplicity, willing to forego some taste and portion to not have to think about what to eat or whether it was "healthy."

Within the first day, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to give up taste or portions either. The food is great and the portions are plenty big.

Also, I've historically been a big meat eater, so I anticipated this to be a big shift for me. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. So much vegetarian or vegan is "tofurkey" or "fake steak" and ends up tasting awful.

MM is the opposite - great vegan meals not looking to be anything but just that. I'm very happy.

To top it off, their customer service is incredible. Responsive, accommodating (I don't like tomatoes or mushrooms), and pleasant.

Jeremy and Maria have created an excellent menu which is not only tasty but very good for you too. By eating the meals of their six day menu, I have lowered the readings of my Blood Pressure and brought the readings of my cholesterol down to a respectable level. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone, but particularly to people living on their own. Following their menu plan is the best way to ensures that one is eating correctly.

I love this company. I have tried two other vegan online food sources but Macro-Med is by far the best. My order was shipped to Florida and arrived in perfect condition. Love, love it!!!!

I very much enjoyed eating the fresh and healthy meals-

This food is really, really good and very filling. There is a wonderful blend of flavors and textures and I don't feel "deprived" because there is no meat in the food.

If you are familiar with this type of food you will love it, if you aren't familiar, take a chance.

The taste and quality of the food I received were beyond expectations!

Well, my mother is a type 2 diabetic.She doesn't understand that diet is everything.. she believe that her medication will fix the problem.. well she went from type 1 to type 2 with medication.Many believe that medicine will cure them.. its not true.. food got them there and food will bring them back to normal.. I did a lot of research and long story short. this place crafted a special diet to reverse her diabetes and every day my mom says thanks to me for getting the food from Macro-Mediterranean!!! Her blood was always spiking dily (300's!) cause she doesn't understand diet.. now her blood is always low (150!!).. she lost 8lbs. and she has to lower your insulin medication accordingly cause her blood is getting better!!! MM works with you on the menu if you dont like certain ingredients, etc.. Thanks guys !!!!

We just started getting Macro Mediterranean food delivered fresh to our door. The food is nutritious, delicious, and the proportions are excellent. We are hooked!

I work full time and have little time to prepare healthy food. The food available for lunch during the day is very unhealthy. I decided to try Macro Mediterranean. Really glad I did! The food arrived exactly as promised and it is fresh and delicious! I have had more fun, bringing my next healthy culinary delight to work each day! Now my coworkers look forward to seeing what I bring next! I eat the generous portion for lunch and don't feel sluggish or weighed down afterward. When I go home in the evening, it is so nice to know another tasty, nutritious treat is ready for dinner when I am! This is great!

I just decided to try a Vegan diet, and it's very hard. It's hard to find vegan ingredients, it is hard to find the time to cook and learn to balance the spices, it's hard to be creative and think of what to make that will not get me bored, it's hard to avoid the junk and figure out what is truly healthy. But Maria makes it possible. The food is FANTASTIC! I mean, it's REALLY delicious, and what may seem like small portions (at least from the extreme weight loss plan) actually has kept me full in a way I have not been in forever. I don't think I EVER ate this much fiber. I also have added the meals to My Fitness Pal and it's well within the 1200 calories per day limit I was told to stay under. This is amazing! I get the variety, the taste, the nutrients, and the vegan without having to leave my house or think too much. And all for less than it would probably cost me to try to make all these different dishes for myself at home. It's completely worth it. This is my fifth day on this diet and I feel AMAZING! My mind is clear, my skin is glowing, my nails look smoother and stronger, I have a lot of energy and happiness...just a huge life change for me. And anytime I needed Maria, she was there to answer my questions. She is truly great. I am VERY happy. Thank you SO much, I am SO grateful that this company exists.

I've been having Macro Mediterranean deliver food to me several times a month for a few years. The food is extremely fresh and healthy and filling, and I depend on it, as I love healthy food but hate to cook. (It's expensive, but it keeps me from eating the extra salt, etc. in frozen entrees.) I also find that it freezes well. And the many gluten-free options are a blessing for me. The local delivery came through even during the blizzardy winter of 2015. I'm also very impressed with the personal attention they give to customer service -- they clearly want to produce excellent food and happy customers. At one point a while back, I noticed that beans were sometimes tough, and when I reported this, they were immensely grateful I'd let them know, gave me free food in thanks, and -- more importantly -- they rectified the problem immediately and permanently. They are also flexible with my requests for things like extra time to return a freezer bag. Once, I called to report that my order hadn't arrived -- when I actually hadn't placed an order for that week! -- and they were willing to send me some food if I wanted, even though it was my mistake. Really nice, "real" people.

Food was very good but portions were too small and delivery fee of $18 was too high. Total $54 for 3 small containers of food. The meals were satisfying but I can't justify the cost.

We had an experimental dinner party - and everyone loved the food. It was really much tastier than expected.

I tried this food because I prefer not to eat meat of any kind, like the mediterranean diet for taste and health , and because I don't like to cook. Eating healthy is an extremely high priority for me, but I don't like to always eat raw fruits and veg. When I come home, it's nice to have a prepared meal that I can trust, that will fill me up, and half the unused ingredients won't go bad as happens when I do cook something....I love the convenience of not having to do a lot of grocery shopping. I run in now and get yogurt, juice and fresh fruits and veg. They lost half a star because of FedEX. One of my orders arrived a day late and when it came, it looked like the box had been used as a soccer ball. The food was squished to one side, bread broken, etc. Still tasted ok. But I wasn't happy. CS was then and has always been responsive and friendly. The price is really quite fair. They do a very good job and I hope to continue buying from them! A nice small business that deserves to succeed!

I enjoyed the macro med meals. They were satisfying without leaving you feeling sluggish and sleepy. Plus I lost a bit of weight too... it's definitely worth going vegan long-term... it's pricey though but if you can afford it...why not!!!

I've had one delivery, waiting for another. Food came well packaged, everything was labeled. Plenty of food. Tweaked the food order a little for the second delivery, will see how that goes.

I tried another vegan delivery service and it was good but frozen. Macro-Mediterranean food is fresh and very filling. I have the 21 day meal with Groupon 50% off. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try Vegan at home. My only problem now is to continue I have to go full price. If I could get it at half price I would continue for a year!

I really enjoyed the nice variety of foods and the taste was really good!!!
