I was trying to replace a single key for my Mac keyboard and this company went above and beyond to help me and solve problems in every way.

Perfect first order. The communication received at each step of the transaction was reassuring, and the order came well packaged and within the delivery estimate. The keycap and scissor mechanism worked perfectly as a replacement for a Macbook broken key - aesthetically I cannot tell the difference between the original and new key. The cherry on top was the clear and easy-to-follow key replacement tutorial video. I couldn't ask for more, and cannot recommend using this company enough. 10/10

The delivery was prompt and the parts came in perfect condition. I’m relieved to have been able to fix my MacBook keyboard myself without paying for costly repairs by a third party.

Thomas was incredibly helpful. My parrot managed to break 3 of my arrow keys. I got the replacements quickly but then discovered they had also destroyed the small silicone nubs underneath the mechanism. Although there were no new replacements Thiomas sent me salvaged ones free of charge. Excellent service I would definitely recommend Mac Replacement Keys to anyone with a Mac.

A few weeks ago, I accidentally ripped off my forward space key on my Macbook Pro (circa 2020). I took it to my local Micro Center in Minnesota where their tech informed me that to repair the key, Apple requires an entire keyboard replacement to the tune of $600US not including labor. Yeah, no.

So, I went home and did some research. I found key replacement keys on Amazon, but the reviews were mixed, at best, and there were no instructions of the video variety (or otherwise) explaining how to do the repair once the replacement was in hand. Needless to say, I continued my search.

That's when I found Mac Replacement Keys. They had the replacement (easily identified for my model) and an excellent video demonstrating how to replace the key and scissor-switch hinge itself.

Although it would have to travel across the Atlantic to get to me, I was all in. I ordered two replacement key and scissor-switch hinge sets (just in case) and the removal tool, (which I highly recommend as it costs little and worked perfectly).

It took about 10 days from when I ordered the parts to the parts arriving at my door. After I opened the padded envelope, I brought up the instructional video on MRK's website, and got to work.

I had the key replaced in about five minutes. (The extra I bought as an insurance policy wasn't need.) The key, which looks exactly like the original one, is now in PERFECT working order. AND I only spent $36US. (I love my Apple products, but $600 to replace one little key?? Yeesh.)

I would whole heartedly order from Mac Replacement Keys should I ever have a similar issue.

I do give 5 start. But only problem is colour. It's not the one I needed. Normally it's look fine but in the light it's different.

I found Mac replacement keys via a google search. The communication was outstanding.I emailed and asked a question prior to the order they responded immediately. I then received the key the next days, which worked for two weeks. I emailed and explained they replied straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent a photo at their request, they could see the issue and then sent me another replacement key and extra back up key. It works perfectly. The customer service provided by by Mac & Thomas is outstanding. I don’t normally write reviews or rarely but I am so impressed with their fast customer response and genuine relationship with the customer. I highly recommend their service.
