SCAM. They sign you up for auto-renew without notifying you. The videos are mostly old and out of date. I barely used it because the classes are all about old versions. Avoid.

I bought a subscription as a gift, but it didn't arrive on the appointed day. Support is not responding. This is a scam, obviously, since there is no warning on the website that the services are no longer being provided, but the money is being debited from the card. I have requested a dispute over this transaction with the bank, and I hope that the money will be refunded to me. I wonder why this company hasn't been sued yet.

I have to agree that the customer service is non existant. They charge your card for renewal automatically whether you use the service or not. When I immediatly asked for a credit then followed up twice I was ignored.

I bought online learning, but keep getting locketd out.
The learning is ok.
Their firewall is next to useless.

The only way I can acces them is via a VPN.
Not good enough ! And they don't seem to care either.

My Wife bought a product from here as a present for me. She paid in full and the product didn't arrive. She contacted customer support 3 times, each time she received and acknowledgement but nobody ever got back to her. we've now raised a dispute with the credit card company. Is this poor customer service or a scam. company

I have been with them about ten years. The videos I purchased for hundreds of dollars are not working. I wrote to them many times with only one answer. They are trying to scam you into making monthly payments with no guarantee it will work anyway. Very unprofessional support.

can't even log in from my macbook to their website.

I did purchase an APP from them for my MOTION apple program. For a week I am trying to get some answers from their "SUPPORT TEAM" and nothing. So poor service. Don't bother

This is a "set it and forget it" type of website with no care or concern for customer reaction or satisfaction.

Let me explain... The videos do not load on a desktop, they only work on mobile devices. The windows and android apps are insufficient (check the reviews on google app and Microsoft). If you run OS or iOS, you can't download the app to view purchases offline.

That's akin to buying clothes and not being allowed to leave the store with them yet you can return to the store and wear them any time. TF?

Some videos are misleading. I've inquired about this to support with no avail. Their reviews on their sites are fake. Really fake as if automated, plus they are all 5-star. Just perfect!

They choose to only upload 5-star reviews whilst completely ignoring support inquiries and or questions about their courses. Another review site says that they are out of business but they are constantly uploading new courses as of the time of this review.
