Outstanding Service from MacMole.

I cannot recommend MacMole highly enough. When my old and frail in-laws found themselves in a very stressful situation after a recently installed UPVC door by a reputable company compromised their older iron water main running beneath the floor, MacMole came to the rescue at incredibly short notice and understood the job at hand immediately.

Having tried in vain to get help from SE water, who just didn’t understand what was required and the urgency of the situation and sent through a 120 page new supply application form, I needed to source a remedy for them as soon as I could.

The damage had caused significant water loss through leaks and a considerable amount of water damage, making it a matter of urgency for my in-laws who were now without any water supply.

Despite the circumstances, Fred at MacMole responded within just a couple of days and handled the entire job with his team with exceptional professionalism and expertise.

From the outset, it was clear that they were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They quickly assessed the problem, explained the solution in a clear and reassuring manner, and carried out the installation of a completely new water main efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard.

Their workmanship was excellent, and they took great care throughout the process.

What impressed us most was not only the speed and quality of their work, but also their reasonable pricing. Given the scale and complexity of the job involved, we felt the cost represented outstanding value for money.

This was a difficult and worrying situation for an elderly couple, but Fred and MacMole's prompt response, expertise, and professionalism turned it into a positive experience.

They excavated from the road's meter and installed a new continuous water main into the house, linking it to a new stopcock and drain-off valve.
Despite encountering some unforeseen challenges, they remained committed to the assignment and executed it exceptionally well. They left the location exceptionally tidy and restored the turf, making it appear as though they had never been there.

Fred took this job on at very short notice when my water main started leaking under the house.
They turned up on time, were very professional and at the same time genuine nice guys.
They moled from the meter in the road and ran a new continuous water main into the house, connecting us up with a new stopcock and drain off valve.
Despite a few unexpected issues these guys stuck to the task and done a great job. They left site very tidy, reinstated the turf, you wouldn’t know they had been.

Very pleased with Fred and his team. The job was to install a new mains from the meter due to the old one being lead. The day went well with no issues and the job was completed on their original timescale and to budget. I would recommend them.

Fred and his team have just moled a new water pipe over 70 metres.
A real pleasure to deal with, very nice people, very tidy. You wouldnt know they had been. They relaid the turf in the garden and left everything clean and tidy.
