Was helped by Reiss Smith and Nick Kirby throughout the search and viewing process to buy our second home.
There are not enough words to describe the service I received from both. Reiss was professional, kind and patient with us throughout the whole viewing process and helped accommodate quick viewings at very short notice.
We also did viewings with Nick who also was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the whole process. After having some bad experiences with other estate agents, the team has helped us regain confidence that there are actually still some lovely people out there.
From day one, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent—they kept me updated every step of the way and always took the time to answer my questions clearly. They made what can be a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
We truly felt supported, and we cannot recommend their service enough!

Having just completed on my sale with Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale they really were fantastic from start to finish. The marketing was spot on, had offers within a few days of listing and sale progression was excellent. All the team at Ash Vale were great. Adam went above and beyond to ensure the sale went smoothly, followed up with all parts of the chain to see it through and was very supportive throughout.

Met sister at property as couldn’t open door on one of the viewings , so needed to make sure sister could gain entry to new home - hence WE suggested to have sister met by agent at property. Asked for help to find meter cupboards, felt like asking too much -photos taken . One photo sent to us completely unreadable, however thought it was funny , laughing at my Wife on phone as the photo came through black telling her “well I can read it ! “ I expect you could if you were standing looking at it .Condescending , patronising throughout from start to finish !

Given the name of an electricity provider that doesn’t exist similar name to a washing powder.

Even though we have another house to sell , we didn’t feel important enough to be asked if we needed a valuation in the future!

There was a chap called Dan who was amazing at the start , sadly he moved to another branch .Dan had time for us , most polite and friendly Dan was great to talk to and we felt he was passionate about helping.

Professional service, received regular updates from Adam on progress of sale.

All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout, making the process of selling as quick and smooth an experience as possible. The advice we were given was also very accurate, illustrating the extent of the team's knowledge and understanding of the market.

I use Mackensie Smith, Fleet, for all my rental properties. They are excellent to deal with and they have given me very good advice over the years. They are extremely nice people to deal with and I wouldn’t use any other company for my rental properties. Everything is always completed on time and with professional panache. Save yourself a headache and don’t use anybody else. The manager of Lettings is Andrew Travers is very attentive and helpful.

Special call out to Adam at MacKenzie Smith who ‘held my hand’ throughout the sale of my late Aunts flat. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Adam regularly kept in touch with me and updated me on the sale by email and phone, he was a real help in progressing the sale. Top class service from Andy Travers and the whole Lettings Team who let my apartment on the very day it went on the market! From start to finish they were efficient, charming and executed the paperwork smoothly and expertly . If you are a landlord or a tenant you can rely on Andy and his team of fabulous people. I would highly recommend this agent over all the others in the marketplace. They are polite, very good at their respective roles and keep you informed at all times . They achieved an excellent rental value and Andy really knows the marketplace so offers knowledgable professional advice
