To be fair I found their website a little over populated with web links and despite the availability of next day delivery, it was difficult actually finding out when the order would arrive. Once we had that fixed communication regarding the time slot and the actual delivery were great.

The website was very easy to use, clear information about the Saniflo UP, the offer of an extended warranty was clear and a good price. The item was delivered the next day, it was very well packed and nothing was damaged. Excellent service.

I ordered a Saniflo replacement macerator for £258. The website stated it was a direct replacement requiring no change to existing plumbing. I promptly received my order (less than 24 hours) but in place of the unit I'd ordered, I received much cheaper unit (available elsewhere for £125) with no explanantion and still charged at full price. This unit was not a direct Saniflo replacement. The unit was returned promptly and a refund issued.

I'm still not clear as to which company I have dealt with. The invoice had no company details and the website on the emails doesn't exist (not macerator-pumps.com). I'm just glad to have got my money back.

Although not delivered next day as advertised if ordered before 2pm the day before. It did turn up on time as per the many texts i received from them and the delivery company a few days later. My email to the company re this was quickly and apologetically answered.

Wanted a replacement cistern for close coupled toilet I had a few months ago but had to order toilet as well. Not the same model or compatible with the macerator as outlet too low.

Delivery was a shambles with one part of the order being delivered 4 days after order. It was not the right item. After many phone calls it turned out they didn’t have the right part in stock, so I eventually cancelled the order. They then tried to deliver the second part of the order. It took many, many phone calls to resolve each step of the way and there only seemed to be one man at the other end of the phone. On the plus side they did eventually arrange pick up of the delivered item and then many phone calls later they refunded my money. This whole process wasted about 3 weeks of my life and my project, which I’ll never get back.

Easy to find exactly what I wanted on your site. Pump was a great price . A super 5 year warranty for peace of mind. Free delivery, what more could i ask.

Waited 5 days, instead of next day delivery!!
Had to buy extra fittings as the macerater didn’t fit properly!! Very disappointing!

Easy to use website, any contact with staff was professional. Delivery was a day longer than hoped but we received the product. Competitively priced.
