Tankersley Barnsley MacDonalds delivery using Just eat at 11.30pm when quiet...food was cold & milkshake melted...literally just down the road..utter waste of money..never again..never again. I'm extremely local to the restaurant as I'm in Tankersley & at busy, peak times you could understand it, but not at the delivery time of 11.55pm.

They still owe me 4 a meal the got really wrong last time. And this time this evening they got it majorly wrong with my sons happy meal. They didn't even tell me they were out of toy dinosaurs in there happy meal?so they just put in a minnon small metal case instead and thpught? I no what let's not tell the customer and they will b fine with it? Well not me my son who is autistic loves dinosaurs and when he saw there wasn't a cuddly dinosaur in his happy meal he got very upset. And too make it experience even worse was the attitude of this little young boy who took my order and my money. He was so rude and obnoxious towards me and misabable. The thing is this mac Donald's in Bridgwater town is not making the odd mistake they r making lots of mistakes one after the other. It's becoming a very poor run down messing mac Donald's. Takeaways aways aren't cheap anymore and 4 what u get is disgusting and appalling and if it wasn't 4 my autistic son liking it mac ds I would never go there again. And it's most definitely not value 4 money that's 4 sure. And first thing Monday morning I'm ringing mac ds head office. Enough is enough they need a kick up there ass. Because the food and quality and service is crap and some of the attitude of the staff is appalling and disgusting. And once I speak to the head of the office I won't b just getting a replacement meal and happy meal. I will b seeking a compensation from them.

Went to MacDonald in Stretford Greater Manchester and placed an order. I got home and the fries were cold. I went to make a complaint Macdonald. I could only get the Virtual assistant its U/less. I notice lines of orders waiting to go out they were still there when I left. Lots of cold food tonight in Manchester

We placed an order this evening. When it was delivered one item was missing. We called to report it and were told the system would not allow either a refund or the item to be delivered later. So they’ve taken the money and breached contract. Not only is that inconvenient it is wilfully illegal. I informed the call centre person of thst and she said she ‘recognised it would be frustrating’. It’s not frustrating. I repeat, it is deliberately illegal. And disgusting.

GIVES FREE FOOD FOR FREE!

But only if you are a soldier part of an illegal military occupation in the process of committing genocide.

Pensioner(can't eat dry food) l asked for 2 dips but was refused and when l tried to tell the server she turned away and ignored me. VERY poor service!! Also no napkin AGAIN!!

I don't normally leave reviews for MacDonalds as think why bother as MacDonalds themselves may see it but never respond or take it serious!
I have left reviews on JUST-EAT and as everyone.... wonder why as it gets no response/refunds!.
But on this occasion.... Order has been and this time (Barely Warm) The food is never put together well and for some reason never any dips which I see happens for many people!

My Advice to MacDonalds..... Consider your customer and STOP being complacent

Two curry dips ordered, but not included in the pack. A reminder to always check before driving off. Such a nuisance to go back and collect them, as you have to find parking again; secondly, by the time the issue is resolved, the food will have cooled down and not be pleasant to eat. Not the first time this has happened - previously at a different branch. A poor show. Come on MacDonalds - up the game! Not the great service we’ve previously enjoyed.

McDonald’s Watford I am sad to say the hot chocolate I have just bought is very watery similar to that from a vending machine. Poor show!

Mold MacDonalds NEEDS to be closed, until staff who can actually take, prep and deliver an order correctly start working here! But from the extreme BAD experiences we’ve had to the god dame outrages, plain burger to which they gave us just a BAP yes that’s correct a BAP with NOTHING ON IT, to not READING what’s on the order and NEVER having ice cream as the machines PERMANENTLY broken or being switched OFF to just general they’d rather prat about with people they know in the store than actually do their jobs which is a shame as there are a few lovely staff who DO try but with NO help and support from other staff and ESPECIALLY the higher ups who also NEVER reply to complaints OR deal with customers complaints face to face, we’ll there’s no hope! So save you’re self the heart ache of disappointment and DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ordered a fillet of fish meal .
Had a quick look inside and 3/4 of the cheese wasn't even on the fish ! So I went back and asked for another , and went and sat myself back down , once it turned back up with a massive sorry . I'd thought I'll have another quick peak to see it made to a basic standard and there was a 2p size of cheese .
Don't go to to macdonalds ashford orbital kent uk . It may be the busy one out of the whole of Europe!! Service is crap 💩

Staff so helpful and nice. Did everything
to make our stay pleasant. Thank you so much after the horrible experience at Crutherland.

Missing item in order. Tried to phone to resolve - nobody answered the phone. Also left a message on the voicemail, but no response to that either.

This store must seriously be the most disappointing ever. They always miss the dips from the order and never have milk shakes or the new frappes to order. What is the point of having new menu items when they never have them on?! Pointless.

Ordered a pancakes with syrup and a sausage via drive thru As they only served breakfast at the time My granddaughter was ill and l wanted to take a treat to her when l opened the bag No syrup No Sausage Was so embarrassed and disappointed It wasn’t convenient to check inside the bag when given as the pancake container was at the bottom and l ordered several other items and driving This is the third time it has happened at different Macdinalds No care is taken and employing any young untrained person, eventually people will stop using MacDs and hopefully another ethical company will take its place

For the second time this month food items missing from my order and another from a fellow house member! As I was collecting from the drive through another customer was complaining about missing items from there order. Once is a mistake, twice is poor training or systems but three times is starting to feel like theft!

NO ONIONS ON A "ONION ONLY BURGER"

Even the replacement order was wrong !!!!!

Bought a meal to get a chance of winning in the “winning sips”competition. Was given a plain cup. Feel conned. Only went in there to get a chance of winning a free glass. Even screens say buy this drink to enter!

So spent £7 for nothing really.

Waited over 40 minutes, numbers higher than ours kept being displayed. Our number 002 dropped off the "being prepared" side of the screen and did not appear on the "ready for collection" screen. When we tried to ask anybody about it they just pretended not to hear and walked away. Loads of delivery couriers were waiting in the same area. Eventually we cornered somebody and demanded a refund. First refund was £3.00 less than we had paid so we had to wait for another. We couldn't wait any longer as we were going to the theatre. Abysmal service. Can't comment on the food because we never got any.
