The prices are good, but you have to put up with the very poor customer service and pay attention to which product they use!!!
Also, don't get me started about their last-minute rescheduling of my appointments and or cancellation when arriving over the 5 min.

A great example is using Sunekos instead of Profhilo; I was told on the spot that they run out of Profhilo, and Sunekos is equivalent - in reality, it's NOT. Sunekos is a cheaper and much poorer quality product.

I had a wonderful experience at M1 Med Westfield during my first visit. The receptionist and technician were polite and welcoming. Although I got the dates wrong for my appointment, they were more than happy to accommodate me, which I greatly appreciated. I received lip filler and a flip treatment, and I am very pleased with the results so far. I would definitely recommend this clinic. My technician, Farnaz, made me feel very comfortable, and her technique was excellent—I was in and out in just 20 minutes!
