I would highly recommend Natalie Watkins at Lyreco. She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers and always makes sure you feel supported and valued.
Natalie is always there when you need her and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. She is friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, and she always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of.
Her customer service is fantastic, and she is a real pleasure to deal with. Natalie is a credit to Lyreco and a great example of what excellent customer service should be.

My experience of Lyreco has been nothing but positive. 99.5% of my deliveries arrive as they should, and for the odd glitch (few and far between) we have experienced over the years, the Customer Service Department have been more than happy to help rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity. Sarah is my sales contact and has many years of experience in her field, which has been invaluable at times when looking for suggestions and alternative ideas.

Simon has worked very hard along with Kirsten to correct the lateness of our order number 0180518, which
we placed with Lyreco on 23-06-2026, the order arrived extremely late and to add to our troubles the order was incorrect.

The customer service team are excellent! Liam Allworth and Sarah Coulson are fantastic, me and Liam have a great weekly catchup on the latest deals. I love the ease of ordering and the favourites list makes ordering a swift transaction. All SDS sheets are automatically sent when chemicals are purchased, a lovely touch for buisnesses.
