I have ordered four pieces of jewellery - all the exact same. I received my order but one bracelet is completely different to the other three. I ordered the same as I was going to use them in my bridesmaid proposal boxes but now can’t. One bracelet - the knot is way bigger, the chain of it is way smaller (honestly looks like it would snap in seconds) and even the colour is wrong. The three that are the same, some look like they’ve been scratched and I haven’t even taken them out of the box. All four bracelets came in one box - so how am I even supposed to put each one into their proposal boxes? Ordering from this brand was just a huge mistake and a complete let down. I’ve tried contacting through email as I was told in the shop that they ‘don’t deal with online issues’ (clearly there are lot of issues) - but I haven’t heard a response which I’m not surprised about from reading other reviews. I would highly avoid this company.

Quality and service excellent

I purchased from this company for the first time. The items were purchased for my pals birthday. I received my purchase today and I am really happy with the quality and design. I know my friend will love her present too. I like the fact that it is an Irish company. Keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service! Unfortunately I had a faulty product but I emailed the team and we got it sorted out in no time. Can’t wait to purchase more of the wonderful jewelry they have to offer!

Dreadful I sent a detailed email of approx 8 products I’ve bought. Most recently 3 bracelets and a chain. The chain was bought online, the bracelets instore one was my daughter new baby finger print. I bought a bangle and another engraved piece the both bracelets broke but I happened to be in Dublin, to change it the bangle will not stay closed and my other bracelet broke yesterday. I contacted customer service they basically said go to the store. I stated I live in the midlands and it’s a 3 hrs round trip that I would have to fund. To keep being told to go back to the store. It will cost the guts of €50 to make that journey and I did not break them customer service keep repeating “go back to store” you shouldn’t have to I sent maybe 8 different products I’ve bought to show I do actually buy there jewlery but “go back to store” Plus I received a email to leave this review, i did not seek it out. I then recieved another email from Lynott "telling me to go back in-store." I could go online and repurchase the item for the cost of going to the shop; the cost is not the prob, at no point did I look for a refund. I sincerely went out of my way to show 6/8 items I have bought because im a genuine customer. AGAIN, I live in the Midlands. In the middle of Ireland there is no Lynott around me. Then in the email was " we saw your review" very passive-aggressive. I could post the items back and have them replaced. But all I hear is do a 3-hour round trip and when you get there, put up with the rude staff, and you chase us. Nope, lovey, not today. An alternative could be arranged but no, you pay to fix the problem that we got the pleasure out of taken your money for. Also in the email they sent about this review the called themselves a "HIGH-END JEWELERS" If it were a man, it would give you the ick. Not chanel or Dior. betty & biddy is on par.

There was a slight issue on arrival with the product but the item was replaced straight away and the new one came perfect. Great service!

Great purchase

I came into BT store in Dundrum not knowing what to purchase as a gift. Taras was on the counter and met me with a friendly smile. He was extremely helpful with my indecision and top class customer services.

I’d initially left a review explaining a recent unfortunate experience I had with Lynott where a few of the items in my order were out of stock and I wasn’t informed until after enquiring about only half of my items shipping.

However I want to amend this review because Lynott have since sent me a really lovely email explaining and apologising for the mistake. They’ve also sent me a free piece of jewellery as gesture of good will and offered me a discount for the next time I order from them, which I really appreciate and think was a nice thing to do. Mistakes do happen but customer service is really what sets a business apart, and gives you the confidence to continue shopping there after these mistakes happen. I do feel they’ve handled this really well. Big thanks to the Lynott team.
