This app is a huge upgrade to the rec league experience. We previously had to coordinate over other messaging apps which simply don’t have the features that are helpful for organizing a sports team. Having played rec league sports for over a decade, this app has provided the best way to communicate and coordinate that I have found.
Just found this app and I am using it for my recreational Basketball pick up league. We have 20 to 30 members and it is a great way to see who is checking in. Who will be playing that day, a great way to see who owes money.
The app that keeps the whole team organized.
Before this we were buried in group texts trying to figure out who’s showing up, who paid, and when we’re playing — total chaos. Lyneup puts everything in one place and actually solves the problem.
Scheduling is straightforward and everyone on the team can see it instantly. No more “wait, when’s the game?” texts at 10pm. The payment tracking feature is honestly what sold me — keeping tabs on who owes money used to be awkward and easy to lose track of. Now it’s just there, visible to everyone, no excuses.
I can see this being huge for different sports, leagues and teams. High school and college teams too where coaches are managing bigger rosters and parents need to stay in the loop on fees and schedules.
Clean interface, easy to get teammates signed up, and it just works. Highly recommend it to any team that’s tired of managing everything through texts and spreadsheets.
I manage multiple soccer teams and Lyneup makes it easy to track my players. Also I can add game times into the calendar. That way players can just look up the game times in the app.
Truly a great app! Simplifies all my administrative tasks so I can focus on coaching! The easy payment feature is my fav!
