Waiting for Lyle Studios Team to answer.
Ordered pair of expensive shoes, and got no information about them. I ordered them 11 of August, and paid extra 15£ for fast shipping (2-4), it’s 9 days since I made purchase. Tracking number is useless, because it’s not working, it says that parcel despatched and that’s all. It feels right now that my order went missing. I wrote them more about it on their email, but also got no answer in 4 days.

Reviews are fake and items are low quality
Reviews are fake, all reviewers just have one review and a couple share the same name. Bought a linen shirt from there, quality and fit were some of the worse I’ve ever seen.

First of all, it seems that you are mistaken. Lyle Studios is not a recording or photography studio, and therefore your review is clearly based on an error or intentional misrepresentation. We kindly ask you to verify the company you are referring to, since your comment does not reflect the nature of our business.
That being said, your review contains false, defamatory, and malicious statements that directly damage the reputation of our company. Under the UK Defamation Act 2013, knowingly publishing false statements about a business is a criminal offence.
Potential legal consequences under UK law include:
Criminal conviction with a prison sentence of up to 2 years.
Civil liability with compensation claims reaching £50,000 or more, plus full payment of all legal costs.
Court-ordered removal of the defamatory content, which will remain recorded in the public court registry.

Caution
I have reservations about this site. I purchased a pair of Golden Goose runners and there is no tracking available. I looked at the return address and it is “Give Back Box” USA, the legal statement is governed in the UAE and the money was taken in palma, Spain. The contact address is the UK! Both instagram and Facebook were only set up in the last number of weeks. I want to make it clear- I have tried contacting Lyle studios to cancel my order as per their cancellation policy, however they have not responded to this. I have threads of emails and screenshots of their policy docs from their website which they are refining on a daily basis!! Be very careful if you decide to order from this site! I also worry about the authenticity of the reviews left! There is no contact number available on the site and when I google all of the addresses listed they appear to be residential buildings or office blocks - not a Lyle studio shop!!!!
