Great service abut hesitant at start as I thought it sounded to good to be true but after reading all paper work etc I am happy. I feel so much more protected now.

I'm really happy with Lyfesure
I'm really happy with Lyfesure! - they're the best insurance broker in the UK! Director Joe was amazing to work with. He found me a policy even though I have some health issues and other companies were rejecting me. The service was great from start to finish, and Joe kept me informed every step of the way. Plus, I got a £50 Amazon gift card for referring my partner! Thanks Lyfesure and Joe for making everything so easy.

Right from the beginging the lady i…
Right from the beginging the lady i spoke to was using hard selling tactics she didnt allow me to time to think about what she was telling/asking me, she spoke too fast, she was talking to me for 90 mins and she told me in the beginging this wont take long i found it very boring, and then when i rang and wanted to cancel my policy she rang me back and asked me i had changed my mind, she wouldnt listen to me when i said i thought it and realised i cant afford it now she still tried to convince me to carry on with it, she was very pushy and i dont apprechiate talking to people like that.

In response to your review, it is somewhat conflicting, you are saying she spoke too fast and didn't give you time to think, in the next breath you say the call took 90 mins and you found it very boring?
To explain, our sales agents are trained with the highest levels of customer service and are heavily monitored for compliance to ensure that all information is answered correctly and our clients fully understand and agree to the policies that have been arrange - this is inline with FCA regulation.

Great experience
I spoke to a really nice lady called Aliyah she explained everything to me and we worked out a payment that is really affordable for me very polite and courteous, very experienced.
