Very polite staff managed to find me policy for me and I was able to sort out inheritance I can leave my children to i got the cover I asked for it was quick and easy to understand

One of there agents contacted me they…

Jonathon fro. This compa y handled my complaint.
It took him very little time to sort.
He refunded my mo ey and ga e me £50 amazon vou her.

One of there agents contacted me they had all my details from my life insurance company they told me my life insurance ran out when I was 67 so needed to be updated.
This was a scam
They took my first payment until my own insurance contacted me my life insurance ends when I die.
How did this company get all my details when asked they said I filled survey in, I did not
HOW DID THEY GET ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS.
this company is a scam and has not refunded the money I paid.
Hang up when they phone you

I am sorry to read this and I can see from your comments that you are extremely unhappy with both the policy review and how your concerns have been handled.

I want to personally investigate this for you. This will include reviewing the original sales call, the cancellation call, the source of the enquiry, how your details were obtained, what was explained about your existing policy, and the payment/refund position.

Lyfesure is a trading name of Birchmount Solutions Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We take complaints and data concerns seriously, and I do not want any customer to feel misled or unclear about why they were contacted.

A Trustworthy Sale!

If it had been a random 'knock on the door agent I'd have probably made an excuse that 'i had to go out' or just given a polite 'I'm not interested but thanks' answer, but I've known Glen Baxter since I've lived here since 2021, and as a Salesman for a Double Glazing company Glen has sold me all my 5 windows, patio windows and front door, so when he rang out of the blue recently saying he worked for Verisure and would i spare him 10 minutes, i told him to call round! He's a genuine bloke and although a neighbour is with Verisure, and I've seen the TV adverts, it was Glen's presentation and 'no bullshit' attitude that sold it for me!
It's my first-ever alarm system in my 64 years, and my only worry was that it would go off whilst i was out and wake my neighbours in the middle of the night!
Glen explained everything to me and put my worries to bed!
He's only a phone call away, as are Verisure, and i feel safe in my home, thanks to my Verisure!
swiftly fitted, tested, i was shown how it worked and how to enable then disable it.
A big thank you, firstly to Glen and secondly to Verisure!
I must add, it wasn't a massive outlay, if i split the initial cost of around £420, that's less than a tenner a week over a year, equivalent to a half-decent bottle of wine! But i only pay once! The monthly cost for monitoring with the 2 cameras and smoke deterrent is worth it alone, and is affordable!
If i owned a company, I'd want Glen working for me, whether selling Alarm Systems or Ice-cream as his enthusiasm would do it alone!
