My first time at le mans 2026. Recommended by a friend who was also in attendance.

Just perfect. From the moment we got there the staff were fantastic. I've done a lot of camping etc and this was by far the most organised events team.

The toilets,showers and amenities were fantastic. Very clean and waiting no longer than 5 mins for either.

The bar staff and catering were brilliant, very attentive and were spot on when ordering etc. beer selection and food selection very very good.
Village on the curves, what a premium spot to watch the racing and the shuttle bus upto the track if you choose to use this was a great service.

Hats off to all the staff involved for an unforgettable trip down to Le Mans. I would recommend anyone to stay here and hopefully I'll be back in 2027

Le mans 2026 - When I was looking at booking our trip to le mans, i stumbled upon lycian events and we agreed to try their service.

First of all le mans in general is well an exceptionally organized. Lycian events matched this well and exceeded all of our expectation.

Lets start with location - 20 meters form the gate to the great porsche curves corner with fantastic views. Alternatively from their cafe area its not more than 7 meters away. You can feel the raw power just before braking. Amazing!

The campsite itself.. wow! We had a 4 person tent. Fully equipped with everything provided included toiletries. We opted for breakfast dailt which was abundant and full.

Campsite was clean. Organized with 1 way traffic, each tent provided with chairs and tables.

What impressed me the most were the following..

Toilets and showers.. cleaned all the time. Spotless and abundant. Not more than 5 minutes of waiting.
Security - 3 persons ensuring proper admission to the site. Friendly chaps.
Staff in general.. plently everywhere. Friendly and willing to help. They were all like a family to be honest. Thats how it felt.

To summarize, anyone looking to head over to le mans.. do consider going with lycian. Super organisation and great personnel.

Absolutely brilliant experience sailing experience in Lymington. Well organised boat experience, the skipper and crew were knowledgeable, handled the group expertly and made sure everyone was secure and relaxed. Catered for all levels of experience

Lycian - yet again - gave us a brilliant and unforgettable experience at this years Le Mans 24hrs.
The site as always is secure, convenient and perfectly situated to get the most out of the weekend.
It’s what it says on the tin, IT’S TRACKSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The shower/toilet facilities are first class and the bar/restaurant marquee and outdoor seating makes for a perfect sociable space for like minded motorsport enthusiasts. The whole Lycian Team makes this possible with the added support of the catering staff who are welcoming, friendly and first class, hard to imagine your in a Marquee in a field being offered excellent service.
Myself, both sons and one sons father in law cannot thank Joy, Stephen, Shannon and the whole Lycian Team enough for their tireless efforts in ensuring everyone has a wonderful camping experience.

My 25th visit to Le Mans and my 3rd consecutive year staying with Lycian Events at Village at the Curves. I have 'done' Le Mans in many different ways over the years (public camping & staying with other event companies) and Lycian Events are unquestionably the best I have experienced. The pre-event admin and booking process is very easy, with things followed up by a confirmatory email for peace of mind. The site at the track is secure and very well organised, with excellent facilities (clean and numerous bogs and showers), and the staff on site are very cheerful and helpful. The guys working in the food marquee are super nice; none of the surly spooning out of food like at school, but a smile and a chat. All in all a great experience. Not the cheapest way to do Le Mans, but good value for money. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely brilliant experience from first booking to the end. Site was secure, plenty of CLEAN toilets, showers were good, bar and restaurant were perfect. Position on Porsche curves meant we hardly needed to move. Overall fantastic value for money.

Our 15th year with Lycian on the Porsche Curves and we will be back next year.

The team are amazing, great food and perfect location. The security team are amazing and ensure the site remains secure throughout.

Great facilities, great location and really good, friendly team. Only one point for possible improvement for disabled guests would be reverting to accessible shower and loo in the same room rather than separated into two buildings.

Simply put, its the Lycian people who make Le Mans such an outstanding experience. The position, right next to the track, and the facilities are superb of course. However it is the wonderful staff who make this event special, the security staff, always personal and polite, the catering staff, who really enjoy providing an excellent customer experience, I could go on. It is a culture that is a delight to experience and not at all easy to achieve, years in the making. Shannon and the team are on another level, they simply love providing their customers with a special weekend. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Having wanted to go to Le Mans and not living like a middle aged Peasant I chose Lycian Events.
The difference between the Village on the Curves amenities such as showers, toilets, food and drink compared to the public campsite was vastly different. It's why you pay a bit more. And it was money very well spent. Great event made brilliant by Lycian.

First time at the 24hrs and Lycian and team were excellent as were the facilities and catering. Highly recommended

If your going to the 24h Le Mans then do it properly and stay with Lycian Events!
Great team and a lovely company to deal with from start to finish.

I've been to Le Mans a couple of times in the early 2000's staying in my own tent... But this time, the 100th year i decided to go 'Glamping' and booked my self a belle tent with Lycian... Im sooo glad i did!

Firstly i want to say "what a fantastic weekend i had, from booking & payments, meet & greets, belle tents, bedding, the site, the location, phone charging, security, shuttle busses, showers, WCs, food, drinks, the Porsche curves view, the complete package, the complete team at Lycian were amazing - Thankyou!"

I would highly recommend Lycian on all future events. I will be going back for sure.

The best place to be for 24 Hours of Le Mans! We been at different camps, but none better than this. Very helpful and welcoming crew, great catering, clean toilets and showers - all in all just brilliant! 😀

Another extremely well run event. The facilities and catering all very good, any queries were sorted promptly. The Lycian Team worked hard to look after us, always positive and happy throughout. The Lycian campsite was our bit of sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the circuit, superb.

Staff and organisation first class. Loos and showers great, Belle Tents great, food great and, of course, the best location at Porsche Curves. Looking forward to coming back next time for our fourth visit.

It was our second and surely not the last time at the Village on the Curves and we cannot be thankful enough to find such a great team! You already feel at home as soon as you cross the gate and having a nice meal with the roaring race cars just a few meters away is mesmerizing.

This is a really well run and managed company.

We took our own tent (as we normally do) and everything was up and ready to go in 30 mins. We (again) took the catering package, which was excellent and noting was too much trouble.

The very main advantage of staying with them is 'very' small shower and toilet waits, already booked for next year :-)

What an experience our 4th visit and gets better each time Joy and all the team did a fantastic job with the whole set up from a great food offer, bar and refreshments to the clean and well presented toilets and showers. The site is well laid for sleeping and socialising with the added bonus of being very secure. The mini bus to parts of the circuit is a great feature making this an un forgettable experience.
