Order mosaic tiles on 21/10/25 and still haven't received them. They don't answer calls, ignore emails and won't issue a refund.
Extremely disappointing service.

Right from my very first enquiry Matt was genuinely kind and helpful. He sent a decent size sample for us to view and it matched our existing choice of tile perfectly. When I called to make my order he was extremely patient and double checked he had ordered everything we needed. The tiles are stunning and of excellent quality. They truly are luxury tiles. Matt even called after delivery, to check they had arrived safely and in good order. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you so very much Matt. I had a great experience with this company, I ordered from another company on eBay and the order wasn’t fulfilled (chasing my refund was a sight faff). I found Luxury tiles via google, they were the only other place I could find stocking the exact tiles I wanted. Bonus- the price was very reasonable. Unlike others, the shipping was also a very fair price for a small order. The delivery was super speedy and the tiles arrived in perfect condition! Will know not to go elsewhere again, will definitely use again and would highly recommend!

I was struggling to find a specific tile from my local suppliers. I went online and found Luxury Tiles UK, I gave them a call and they were very helpful and found the tile I needed. The online process was very easy and the tiles were shipped out that day. A very professional and helpful company.
