My experience with US Luxury Shippers was amazing! My car was delivered quickly and safely! I have used this company twice and both times I felt at ease. I was communicated with effectively at time of shipment and was able to coordinate accordingly. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their car shipped!

I only have good things to say about Jackie. He "delivered-as-promised" the whole way. Very professional, timely and hassle-free. They cost a bit more than the competition but after having had to go through days of stress and cancel my order with Nexus Transport (read my Google review), believe me when I tell you that the price difference was worth every cent. Highly recommended.

While the cars arrived ok the owner promised the dates we needed up front - charged us double the national standard to have those specific dates- then once cars were on their way we were told they would be delivered days too soon without us being there. He then gaslit us saying those dates weren’t promised even when presented with recorded proof. He basically hires random people to take the cars, while promising luxury shipping. Our BMW and classic car was picked up by a truck that had been in an accident and a driver who needed a translation app - leaving us anxious from the get go. Then they were dropped off four days early - we were sent pics but were left without us being there

***Regarding the owner’s response to my review. I have never left a bad review in my entire life. As an entrepreneur myself I always give the benefit of the doubt to business owners. However in this case you should be ashamed of yourself. We specifically needed the dates because we were hauling horses and they can only do 5 hours a day - so we were clear (and have the recordings that you sent) that we needed them delivered once we arrived and not before because we hadn’t closed on our property and wanted to be there to accept delivery. You berated our assistant who helped coordinate and were highly unprofessional. This review is to inform those that are willing to pay double for specific dates to not trust you.

****never offered a discount whatsoever. That’s a complete lie. I’m also being honest here and not “critical”. The cars arrived in tact and I acknowledged that and for that I’m grateful. I’m simply sharing my experience of being charged double for specific dates and not getting them. Also your “representative” J told me he was the co-owner and since I never asked for a discount nor was I offered one I’m at a loss.

Easy set up after speaking with Jackie truck picked up my vehicle in one day. Transported it 950 overnight. Delivered the next day no one issue. Great service, great driver will use them again. Hands down a great experience all around and very Professional.!

Moving a high value vehicle 768 miles that you have waited two years to get can be nerve racking.Jackie did an amazing job coordinating the complex move. See this wasn’t just an ordinary move it was a Raptor R which pushes the limits of the widest enclosed transports. Jackie coordinated the move, communicated with the dealership, with me and the driver. He exceeded delivery expectations by having the truck arrive safe, on time and in pristine condition! It’s not too often you will find someone who care about your personal investment the way you do, however Jackie exuded that caring attitude, can do spirit and communication for a complex delivery. Chris the driver of the Semi Truck was awesome. He called when he was a hour out, we coordinated a spot where his enclosed 18 wheeler could park and unload the R. Chris maneuvered the Raptor R out of its securely nestled position on the truck. Inspected it and made sure everything was perfect! If you need to transport your prized possession whether it be a family car, sports car or a Raptor you can’t go wrong with this tag team Jackie and Chris knocked it out of the ballpark!!! Thank you gentleman!!!!!

Probably amongst the worst companies to ever deal with it. When I initially reached out, they were very responsive and said quicky make payment to reserve the date. Made payment, and it was like they disappeared - no time frames of when the car would be delivered, no status, in fact, no responses. They outsourced to a 3rd party that did not speak any english. The car was to be delivered to manhattan but they said to pick it up from New Jersey because it was more "convenient" for them. Went to NJ at the agreed meeting spot, only to be told that they went somewhere else since they had to pick up a car from another location, so meet them at yet another location. WORST WORST WORST - i went along with it only becuase they had my car.
