This fraud business using multiple names including Lite Me Up and worse Amazon can handle their billing but doesn't step in for their crappy merchandise.

Do not buy from this company they are crooks. Ordered a cashmere jumper which when it arrived was a polyester jumper I could have purchased in Primark for a third of the price. None the email address in their policy are valid so no chance of a refund. No point ticking the box below either as they won’t receive the review. How do these companies get away with it???

If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. The “WhiteFox” tracksuit I bought is a counterfeit product. The material is dreadful, it is half the weight of an original White Fox suit. I am now in a battle to reclaim my money. The best they’ve offered me is 50% back!! I have reported them to the Action Fraud and they are looking into the company and they have reported them to NFIB (National Fraud Intelligence Bureau), who are also looking into the company.
DO NOT BUY From this company.

Fake/Unofficial products
Fake/Unofficial products. I purchased a White Fox tracksuit for a present, after waiting 18 working days for it to arrive, the quality was awful, very obviously a fake. I contacted them to get the return address, after 3 emails of no response, I said if i don’t get a response, action with my bank will be taken and the site reported, funnily enough I got a response almost instantly asking for a picture of the product and the issue, which I had already said multiple times before. After 6 days of no response I’m now going to take action with my bank. Extremely untrustworthy. Avoid site at all cost!

Product still not received have emailed…
Product still not received have emailed several times to advise and all i am told is that it has been delivered yet no parcel .
Emailed again last Friday and today and surprise surprise no reply . Do not use this company £40 down even after paying for there insurance
