Beautiful place to stay, thoroughly recommend - hot tub was a great addition! The small attention to detail of having quality made products enhanced the experience
The only things to mention was we couldn’t see the pizza peel and borrowed next doors, also we would of used more cleaning products such as being able to clean the bbq a bit better after use, therefore recommend the company make available a few extra bits for cleaning - cloths, etc, otherwise a perfect stay and would very happily return in the future.

Everything was perfect just like home from home Jane has extremely high standards Also lovely touches fresh flowers home made cake chocolates and much more Stunning views from Orchard too

Great landscapes and beaches

Everything at the cottage was well thought out. The attention to detail is incredible. Everything has been so well thought through, excellent quality furniture and utensils.
We are a family of 6 adults (4in their 20’s & 2 in our 50s) and dogs. We went to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We used all the facilities, particularly enjoying the games room, bbq & outside kitchen area. They even bought us a birthday cake and champagne to help us celebrate.
The views are stunning. Such an easy place to just chill out. The doggies had a great time playing in the beautiful garden. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be returning.

The booking process was easy and faultless.
We had quite a few queries about the property and they were all attended to quickly and efficiently without fuss.
When we arrived at the property we found that the photos and the descriptions were accurate.

The communication with luxury cottages was brilliant and I can't fault that. The property itself was beautiful, clean and in a lovely location. Just a couple of negatives and points to feedback on.

1- We stayed in The Hooting Owl shepards hurt in Somerset. However, it is known locally (and on air bnb) as the Pleaseant Pheasent. It's around £20 per night cheaper on air bnb under a different name.

2- The owner lit the hotub for us on arrival, which was greatly appreciated. However, we wanted to use the Hot tub on our 2nd day after a long hike. We checked this was okay when we arrived and the host said she would light it for us again the following day when our car was gone. The following morning , I text the host to let her know we had left for the day and reminded her we would like to use the hot tub that evening. I also let her know the radio in the hut had run out of battery. She didn't respond to us until 10pm that evening. She did apologise and said she forgot and didnt see my message either. It did slightly ruin our evening as we then had to wait almost 3 hours for the hot tub to heat up at which point it was gone 10 in the evening. The hot tub was our main reason for booking this accomodation so it was disappointing, especially after a long day hiking in bad weather.

3.We also didn't realise there weren't any plug sockets in the hut. A travel hairdryer would be a great thing to add.

Cottage was excellent but location was quieter than expected and the area was richly described as much more enticing than it actually was. Every other person had a dog !! Also the roads were horrendous.

Really enjoyed our week at Orchard Cottage. Great location with stunning views. It had everything we needed and we’d like to return one day.

The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was as described on the website.

Beautiful accommodation. Beautiful setting. Would come back!

The staff at Luxury Cottage supported me throughout the entire process, from booking our holiday to its completion. They were friendly and understanding, and nothing was too much trouble. They really did want us to have a good time, I felt.
Message to you all at Luxury Cottages. Rufus enjoyed his holiday and walked further than he had done for months.

We loved Magdalen, and would definitely stay there again when traveling to the Cotswolds. It was beyond our expectations in decor, comfort, and amenities!

Great from enquiry onwards. Very Available if as or when. Carol is Incredible. So welcoming and ‘Home’like, Natural Feel. Will be returning for longer stays. Keeping in touch. I Highly Recommend. Especially if You want Nature. Space. Privacy. Quite. Beach within half hour drive. Local Farm Shop and tesco within 20. Will not disappoint.

A lovely little house in a beautiful little town. The property had everything we needed for our stay including a secure and secluded little garden at the rear which allowed our dog a bit of freedom.
Lytham is a delightful place with many great little shops and excellent places to eat.
A wonderful place to visit.
