Had a lovely stay in Blossom Cottage. Not much interaction with the company itself but all managed well with good notifications. Great selection of cottages though

We absolutely loved our stay at The Coach House. The cottage was beautifully presented and the Estate Manager Geoff was wonderful and looked after us so well. We would highly recommend a stay at Netherby Hall in one of their properies and look forward to returning again sometime soon.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful surrounding. Very quiet and relaxing area. Cottage itself was great and dialogue with the owners was extremely helpful and friendly. The Round Lodge is a real credit to them. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially dog owners.

We had such a lovely stay at Dorfold Hall. The property was well supplied, very clean and super comfortable.

Communication was clear before during and after and we were made to feel very welcome.

In early February I booked a house for a weekend in January 2026 with Luxury Cottages. The booking process was great. Unfortunately four weeks later, I had to cancel it. Luxury Cottages withheld my deposit of £1,125 - I was told it was standard that this was non-refundable. I suggested this wasn’t very fair, and they decided to ‘refund’ half of my deposit, so I was still out of pocket £562.50. I didn’t see the fact it was non-refundable in the T’s & C’s, and acknowledge I perhaps should have looked a bit harder. But what frustrated me is that the booking was so far out, I could be pretty confident no-one else would have enquired about the weekend, and it all felt rather opportunistic and not in the right spirit.

We had a wonderful time at Channel View cottage on the Gower. It was one of those happy experiences where the cottage, setting and area not only lived up to our expectations but exceeded them. It was beautiful, a cosy and stylish home from home. The team was helpful and easy to deal with and provided lots of useful information. We loved the break and I am sure will return one day.

Two nights stay took me personally to a level of relaxation I’ve never felt before.

Effortless check in, welcoming staff and everything provided to ensure our time in Cope Cottage was exactly what we needed.

Gorgeous! The property, the welcome goodies, the reception staff, the pool… perfect!

We stayed here 8 nights.
Beautiful cottage inside the traditional manor. We looked at this place for one of our wedding venue candidates. We didn’t have our wedding here but we remember that this place has spectacular scenery.

We like here over all but it was still winter cold and heaters and fireplace weren’t well enough to warm us up so I don’t recommend to rent this place in winter.

They have good amount of cookwares so we enjoyed cooking.

I assume this place is designed to stay one or two nights.
All supplies were way too little to stay 9 days so we had to buy some extra papers we didn’t need to use them for rest of stays.

Ty Alice was perfect, it was really well equipped, very clean and comfortable and location was great, with lovely views from the balcony. We all loved our stay.

I booked it through a 3rd party but I needed to speak to someone good job I did otherwise it might not have happened our break. They explained everything and sorted everything out got me my queries answered really quickly

Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location, smooth, hassle-free booking process from start to finish.

The cottage accommodated 6 adults and 1 small dog easily, was well appointed and very comfortable. All queries and questions, and there were not many, were answered quickly and positively by Luxury Cottages to ensure we had the best experience. Our week there was a delight and we would recommend this property and Luxury Cottages without hesitation.

I liked the website, found it easy to find accommodation that suited us. Good communication throughout. Beautiful property. Prompt response when there was an issue at the property and quick to sort it out.

Lovely clean comfy cottage. Well equipped. Private use of the spa was great. Was greeted by Rory who was pleasant and helpful. Always happy to help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay there in future.
