Duvet purchase
Slight delay in delivery times but didn't realise on back order. Delivery times very good and well advised of time due. Lovely product and very well finished off. Only dislike was tags on all corners intended to add additional duvet if required, at13.5 tog I dont think they were necessary.

Hello Ron,
Thank you for writing a review on Trustpilot.
We have taken on board your comments, but would like to explain why the duvet has tags on the corners. Some of our customers require tags on their duvets so that they can add additional lower tog duvet for the winter months.
Kind regards,
Brian

I would never say this is a 15tog
I would never say this is a 15tog , colldest duvet ever for such a pricey quality and it's so light the air in bed didn't warm up.

Hello Cat,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the duvet you received.
There could have been a fault with the duvet, as customers have never really complained previously about the lack of warmth (especially our duvets with a very high tog rating).
We will however, take your comment onboard.
Kind Regards,
Lisa
