Ordered 3 items, at a great price, on Friday & they were delivered on Monday. No issues with the packaging or delivery. Not used this company before but will be happy to use them again.

Fantastic service !!
All the products are beautiful but I was most impressed with the customer service. I made an error with my postcode, causing untold problems with the Post Office. Sarah was superb with her follow up and solved the issue with little fuss and excellent communication. Brilliant !!

Poor delivery service
Order placed on Saturday did not come until Friday ,should have been 48 hour Royal Mail. As Royal Mail was on strike for one day why not use another parcel delivery service.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, you are correct that unfortunately your delivery was affected by the strike and the bank holiday, Royal Mail then didn't recover to deliver on time. As you checked out as a guest, if you'd like to create an account i'd be happy to add £5 store credit for your against your next order. I do apologise again for your initial experience.

Hi Paul, thanks for getting in touch. I do apologise that your order hasn't arrived yet. Royal Mail have suffered delays due to the strike action on Friday that was compounded by the bank holiday. It looks like your order should arrive tomorrow. I will keep an eye on it from here to ensure no further delays. Apologies again.

Luxury products at a great price. I bought the olaplex set a few times. Really amazing customer service, I learnt this place is run by a lovely family. Won't be using it anywhere else from now on. 5* from me!
