To help these Artisans-most of whom are women, Luxurionworld has taken initiatives to promote & market premium range of handloom & handcrafted products across the World. We promote practically every unique artform of India such as Banarasi, Kanjeevaram, Kantha, Patola, Paithani, Bandhani, Parsi work, Zardoshi, etc We have a design studio where we customize apparels like suits, sarees, blouses etc. We specialize for wedding requirements for the entire family

Horrible Service and full of stories

Horrible Service and full of stories. I have only placed an order, and they are not the honest people to deal with. Wonder what their product would be like when I receive it.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.
I bought an expensive saree, trusted them with blouse stitching and their stitching service sucks. I sent images of the design and told how deep the front neckline needs to be and they complete ignored. The blouse turned out to be a kindergartner blouse neckline. When questioned, they support their own story not the customer. Customer service is not their priority at all.

Cheats.Please don’t buy from them.

Very poor products and very poor service.I am not even sure they are selling authentic products as they claim.My chanderi saree was more like a Dupatta.No finishing.No blouse .Poor quality

I chanced upon this website while…

I chanced upon this website while surfing the net. Special clothing for a special occasion! Priced mid to high range ( their name says it all!) the selection is wide. Some of the items were truly gorgeous showcasing the talents of the artisans. I liked my purchase, which was very well packed & delivered in a reasonable time frame. My contact with customer service was prompt & pleasant.

I have ordered a 450$ duppata

I have ordered a 450$ duppata. They took full payment. It’s been two months. They never updated me. I think I eventually have to file a claim to my bank. This company has no senior management or they won’t let you approach to them. I went through extreme stress. The event I wanted to wear this outfit has gone..

Cheats

Luxurion World accepts orders and then keeps making excuses for the delay in shipping. They put up products on their website which are not available. This has happened twice with me. I will not buy from them ever again. Also they don't intend on honoring discounts.

Not satisfied with the quality

Not satisfied with the quality. Too overpriced for the quality. Colour doesn’t match but that also understood because of different lights but quality doesn’t match with the price .

We are extremely sorry to know that you are finding price of the product high. We want to share with you that we are a socio-commercial online company & practice fair price policy in our company both for the weavers as well as for the customers. A large portion of our revenue goes to Artisans. You may get some similar looking product in the market at a lower price but either they are bought by squeezing the poor artisan or may be of poor quality raw material. We will not practice either of this.

My experience with Luxurion was good

My experience with Luxurion was good. I tried it for the first time. I received my order well in time, nicely packed. Their products speak about indian craft yet there is more to explore.
Customer friendly as well.

Look forward to more classy and quality products.

Very poor quality sarees...

Very poor quality sarees.... the colours are different from the pictures

We are extremely sorry to know that you did not like the quality of the product. You bought a linen saree for approx INR 4400/- I am sure, you are aware that linen has wide range. A linen saree costs between INR 3000 to INR 25000/- & more. If you wish to have high quality linen we can offer you that also.
As a company, we practice fair price policy both for our artisans as well as for our customers.
Regarding color of the saree, you would always find variation in the color of actual product & the photograph on your mobile/ desktop. This happens because of various factors like monitor settings, photography lights etc. We have mentioned this aspect of color variation on our site.
