Still waiting for my return package of a faulty product which I paid extra $40 for express postage to reach warehouse …. Mmm 5 weeks after it arrived in CHINA. Must be being delivered on foot! Using the tracking as an excuse not to refund me $200. Knowing the aus post tracking system doesn’t work there. Dirty tactics unprofessional.

I have never received my order and I ordered a month ago, I didn't even receive any updates. Do not buy from them, they are a scam.

Been using the microneedling for a few weeks now, no change whatsoever. Skin looks exactly the same and it did nothing for my fine lines.

I purchased the Lux skin neck and face. It was being advertised on Facebook if you purchased by a certain day that it was free, however, it meant to actually buy one get one free once I had completed my order. After receiving a notification that my package had been delivered that day. I went to my apartment complex mail room that is locked and secured. After searching for a couple of days I reached out to the company to notify them that I had not received a package. After investigating further, I received a picture where the delivery company had delivered the package and just placed it on a counter near the mail room and the apartment complex lobby and not in the secured mail room. Mind you I live in senior secured building. All packages are delivered into the locked mail room and nothing has ever missing. All delivery companies have access to the mail room, where all packages are delivered. I have contacted Lux skin three times to inform them of this and that I have not received the package. I also contacted shop.com customer service, where I made the purchase. I have yet to receive a response from anyone at luxskin or shop.com. My order was over $100, which I cannot afford to lose. I do not understand why all of these companies think that it is OK to rip customers off.

The item won't charge properly - lots of sparks. I bought the laser hair removal IPL V2. Very disappointed as the company said 'it's meant to give off sparks' and won't do anything else about it. £80 wasted! I won't use this company again.

I somehow got 2 items on my order. I tried reaching them but no luck phone number is out of order and so is their email. Sketchy at best.

I bought the laser hair removal handset a couple of years ago although it took awhile to arrive it did come and still works good as go to this day. I’ve also just bought the body scope. It arrived after 10 days. It seems quite sturdy and so far as worked well whether or not it makes a difference I’m yet to say but my products have always arrived and I’ve always had complimentary gifts with them.

I wished I'd read the reviews firstly first 3 treatments showed no improvement, maybes at 57 even though I say myself I haven't got terrible skin it I thought it would help the crows feet , nothing then 4th treatment,I ended up in A&E on prednisolone for some reason I had a reaction but then the fun began Lux are awful to deal with just a list of requirements to get a refund , but what I didn't realise was that lux are not a UK company but Chinese crap the A&E doctor said I'd been the third he'd seen in as many months if I'd thought I'd had a Chinese company selling this rubbish I'd of rather burnt my money so my advice is don't use and they want to be ashamed that there selling cheap rubbish that causes real medical problems don't get sucked in thinking there a reputable English brand there not

This company states Lux Skin UK. The company is in CHina. Offers 90 day money back guarantee, what they don’t tell you is that you have to return the item to CHINA. I bought LED facial hair removal - does not work..

I got their LED skin rejuvenating wand for Christmas and after three months of use the entire base charger and the wand heated to the point where they melted. Fortunately, I smelled it before it created any damage to my bathroom or house. I then contacted them regarding the issue they told me not a problem. They were so sorry and apologetic and that they would get me a replacement. They then emailed me right after and asked me if I had been using the charger provided which I had. They then told me that their motherboard Had a safety feature that would not allow this to happen. It somehow had to be my fault due to external circumstances. Beyond this ridiculous excuse for customer service and standing behind their 12 month guarantee I honestly don’t know if there was any results that I saw after using it religiously every night as directed. Save your money and protect your home. Avoid this product and their horrible customer service.

Ordered the kit and face sculptor and received them within a few days updated on it’s delivery at all times x tried the micro infusion and can already see a difference on my jowls lol x and my skin feels so much smoother xx just tried the sculptor for the first time today easy to use but can’t review whether it is making a difference as only the first time of use x if I have one complaint to make is that opening the vial iy sliced my finger open don’t know if that was my fault or not but it’s very hard to get the silver metal lid off x

LUX SKIN® INFRARED LED Facial Mask the mask isn’t glued together properly very cheap made absolutely bad quality I’ve emailed lux now multiple times to ask why my mask says 4 settings on the box but only has 3 settings with no response do not waste your time ordering and customer service is a 0 don’t waste your time or money.

Brought the neck and face sculptor and it stopped working after a few months, contacted them and they didn’t reply to emails or messages, terrible company, avoid at all costs

Thieves this company no respect for you their product or company I only picked one star as I wanted to warn everybody they will take your money and no product will arrive I've been waiting since the 6 Jan 2025, and nothing finally asked for my money back and nobody answers you.

Shouldn’t even be giving 1 star, I’m still waiting for a response and my money back! This is an awful company! The customer service is awful the products don’t work and you can’t even get your money back, it’s not like the products are cheap! I want someone to contact me immediately!!
