Do not trust this company, they will take your money and run. They do not give refunds

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity regarding this company’s refund policy. Their website clearly advertises a "100% Risk-Free" guarantee, stating that if the product doesn’t work for you "for any reason," you can get every penny back.

​However, when I requested a refund within less than a 30 day window, customer support began using stall tactics. Despite their policy stating "for any reason," they are refusing to process my request until I provide a detailed justification. A guarantee should be honored exactly as it is written without forcing customers to jump through hoops.

​I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Potential buyers should be wary: "Risk-Free" appears to be a marketing tactic rather than a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

I tried free month in Oct. 2025 , but didn't sign up, In Dec. 8/25 recieved email saying they had improved their signals and would I like to try again for free month ,so Idid the next day I saw a $249.99usd charge pending on my Visa I emailed Micheal and told him he said don't worry it won't go thru but a few days later it did go thru so I contacted Micheal and asked why and that I wanted a refund I hadn't even gotten to try the new signals, it was only a couple days after I signed for a free month, He emailed me back saying he couldn't refund me because I had free month in Oct.and you only get one free month. and his lawyers said they didn't have to refund me ! So I started a dispute with my credit card co. Then I sent the email showing that they offered me a second free month, when he saw I had a dispute going he then said ok he would refund me once I cancelled the dispute, and he put in writting he would pay, So I cancelled and he sai my refund would be by new years eve at latest and it is still not showed up and he is not answering my emails, you can not reopen a dispute was cancelled with the credut card co. But I noticede it went thru my PayPal account first so I am trying to dispute thru them and if they don't do a dispute after I closed the visa dispute I will be sueing Micheal and Luxsignals I have already spoke with an attorney and because I have excellent edvidence he will be pay a lotr more than $249.99 could include court cost,my lawyer fees and punitive damages! very unhappy

I requested a refund within 30 days because the product did not perform as advertised. The refund was refused, and I was threatened with legal action if I filed a chargeback.

A guarantee that can be arbitrarily denied is misleading. Buyers should be aware that the refund policy is not as advertised.

Few useful indicators and have helped make alot of successful trades

Seller (Michael Sanders) is a fraud. I showed him proof his system failed and requested a refund (30 day money back guarantee) After some back and forth and getting a PayPal claim he agreed to a refund if i cancelled the PayPal claim. I did so and no refund so I reopened the claim for a second time and he said to close the claim again and he will refund. Now he blocked me from discord deletes all our communication there and not responding to emails.
Don’t believe the positive reviews here. Michael gives away a free indicator to everyone that posts a good review. I have the email to prove this statement

I tried to cancel my subscription before the trial ended, but they went ahead and charged my card anyway. I wrote them several times asking them to fix it, and all I got back were emails saying it wasn't their responsibility I had to handle it myself and I still got charged after the email was sent. And when I asked for a refund no response was given. CENTURY and 100 showed consistency not just in planning, but also in delivering dependable payouts at every stage.

What a ridiculous "company"! They charged me after giving me a trial during an 'outage'. Then, Michael wont honor the 30 day money back because I had a trial for 7 days. Nothing but deceptive communications!

Sent them an email few days after starting trial to cancel now been charged again and they refuse to give money back

I gave money hoping to get a real trading experience but nothing ever happened, just empty promises. When I asked for it back, I was told it couldn't be returned. It's frustrating and discouraging, especially after trusting that things would actually work out. I am delighted I enrolled on CENTURY and 100 I found them transparent and what they said from day one about withdrawal is what I have seen.
