Bought the watch in April but unfortunately I only found the bad reviews after my purchase so I knew once I'd received I would not open it and return it straight away.
Upon receiving my watch I didn't open it I looked for a return address but there wasn't anything within the package to inform the buyer how to return and I noticed there was a Chinese shipping stamp on the box even though they made out it was a UK based company and don't be fooled by a Wolverhampton address on the packaging, I assume that's just the warehouse where it goes to once entering the UK.
I emailed straight away only for them to take 3 days to answer my email, when they finally did they kept stating if I returned the product I'd have to pay shipping costs and it's best that I keep it and I need to upload photos and a video of the product undamaged even though I told them I hadn't even opened it.
I proceeded to do what they asked and sent those but it was another two months before they decided to say they would refund even after me sending it back to China and paying over £20 in shipping costs. Only yesterday I contacted them saying if they do not refund me I'm starting legal proceedings baring in mind they would have received the item over 3 weeks ago. Total scam company do not buy. Today still waiting for the refund!

its a scam, do not use. They are not a real company but may provide a product. They are not interested in giving you your money back, they don't make the watch. If you try to cancel your order, even right after paying, they will not. Site should be shut down and they should be removed from the market asap

Avoid this company. 0 stars. My bank had to claim money back. Bank told me not to return it because they would say they hadn't received it. I tried to stop the order. That didn't work. They sent it anyway. They wouldn't give me address to return it. Then received an email saying they would give me 50% of my money back if I dropped the claim. Company was called luxosmart uk. Its not it's in China. I was getting emails every day from them. Please don't waste your money

Det går dessvärre inte att ge minus stjärnor men det skall denna usla produkt ha. Allt är ren bluff. Klockan, appen, returgarantin. Inget stämmer. Fejk recention av David Jones som rankar klockan som nummer ett. Före Apple, samsung och Garmin. Personen går inte att kontakta. Värst av allt är sedan att Klarna står som betalningssätt. Klarna tar inget som helst ansvar för detta bluff företag. Tvärtom. Uppmanar till fortsatt kontakt och utredning trots att ingen svarar på frågor om returadress m m . Polisanmäl direkt.

N.a.v. recensie op bestwelike.com dit horloge besteld. Deze site zag er betrouwbaar uit vanwege de vrij gespecifieerde uitleg. Bestelling geplaatst, bevestiging ontvangen. Met allemaal Chinese tekens. Daar schrok ik van dus vervolgens (had ik eerder moeten doen) op internet gezocht naar de recensies op trustpilot. Daarop gelijk naar Luxo gemaild met het verzoek om de order te annuleren.

Kon niet, was al ingepakt. Ok, dat punt kan ik dan nog wel begrijpen (geautomatiseerd). Maar dan komt je op het punt dat je het pakketje ontvangt en dan wilt aangeven dat je het terug wilt sturen. Hoeveel mailtjes je ook stuurt, het adres wordt simpelweg niet gegeven. Blijkbaar is dat uitzonderlijk ingewikkeld met invoerrechten e.d. (China). Uiteindelijk hebben ze 10% korting aangeboden waar ik maar akkoord mee ben gegaan. Nu het horloge maar uitproberen om te kijken of het wel werkt.

Maar alles wat er al geschreven is KLOPT dus. Het is echt waardeloos en ik zou er zeker niet bestellen.

Waste of money. Do not buy this watch. Doesn't do what they say, and you can't get a refund.

har dock inte betalat fakturan och kommer att bestrida det till dödagar.
Allt med företaget känns som en bluff och deras nöjd kund garanti är ett skämt.

Scam Company
Fortunately I bought with my Lloyds Bank Credit card.
They were fantastic & managed to recover all my purchase cost.
The Scam company really tried hard to make me stop the claim, but I know my rights.
I am still surprised that this company is still able to advertise & trade.

Watch broke after 6weeks and the company are not interested just keep asking you to reset etc etc

I should of believed the reviews. Awful watch, awful company and I have lost £129.00. They should not be able to trade in the UK as they make it difficult to return. The watch itself does not function efficiently. I could of designed a better watch myself. PLEASE DO NOT BUY

Had my new watch for 2 weeks (April 2024). Worked fine. Then the pixels across the screen started to break down and had lines all thru the screen, the side button stopped working thus could not change screens. Over the next few days, it would only go to the SOS screen, buzzed continually until the battery ran out. Now it won't even power up.
Emailed Luxo and surprising received an email response within 2 hours. They asked for videos of the problem to rectify the problem. Sent the videos back to them on the same day. Since then, NO RESPONSE. A watch that only worked for 2 weeks.......

Well well..... they have responded to my emails, requesting videos - pictures of my stuffed watch (which I had already sent). After back and forwards of emails they have agreed to send me a replacement watch.

Lets wait and see if the replacement watch ARRIVES........

Bluff företag, skräp produkt, köp ej och några 90 dagars retur existerar inte.

Watch didn't work. Wouldn't communicate with the app. Re-loaded app numerous times, reset watch numerous times. Still didn't work so sent it back recorded delivery at a cost of £18. It's currently sitting at Chinese customs waiting on Luxsmart paying the duty. Don't think I'll ever see my £110 and I'm also out £18 in return postage. Last time I ever buy from China again. This watch and company got good reviews with an easy returns policy. ALL lies.
I have now been informed that I need to pay £23 in duty charges. So I'm now out £41 and have no watch.

This company is just ridiculous. I bought the smart watch, it didn't count calories steps or heart beat correctly. Apparently my heart only beat 10 bpm. It keeps disconnecting from the app, the only help I got was an email saying to reset the watch and the app which did not work.
I asked for a return and refund and the response was that I had to return the watch to them at a China address at my own cost( around £150) to get a full refund. The only other thing they offered was that I keep the watch and accept its in good working order and they will refund 15%. What a load of rubbish.
There 24,7 chat on their website is non existent. All there emails are automated replies, nothing personal to my problem at all. I very much doubt this address even exists

Absolutely terrible company to deal with!
After order not being recieved by them I tried again and eventually got two watches in separate deliveries. Sent one back unopened and six months later I still have not recieved a refund.
Now the first watch has ceased to function properly.
A total waste of time and money.
Avoid this companies products and having to correspond with them at all costs!
Up date. 23rd April 2924 Just had my third email this year asking if I want a refund but the refund just doesn't appear. Seeking advice from Trading Standards and Small Claims Court. How are these people allowed to trade? Terrible company!
7th June and still no refund, any idea how I can escalate this anyone please.

1st one broke quite quick. They did send me a replacement. It doesn't track sleep or excersise correctly. Little disappointed....

DO NOT OPEN THEIR LUXO APP . Crooks took £40 for an app that does not work !! Bank now given money back. Worst ever purchase made buying a luxo watch

Wat een snertervaring. Al na korte tijd (2 weken) werkt de app niet meer. Ik kreeg de watch niet in de kleur die ik gevraagd heb. De app heeft sowieso nooit goed gewerkt. Ik zou em NOOIT meer kopen.

I had ordered from them after reading reviews only to find more reviews with same companies but different names I cancelled my order within ten minutes only to be told its to late and it was dispatched, which would be a record in any company to have an order dispatched that quick. The second review I read was very disappointing to the original, the product does not do or come close to what they advertise and trying to get a refund i will fill you all in as i am trying now and not sure how i will go with a company that is not truthfully disclosing there products capability. But in my opinion i would not invest my money in any product from this company. I have been in contact with the company and according to them and their return policy that no one receives you don't get 100% back like their review states again another lie.

Ik was geschrokken van alle negatieve reacties en zag later pas dat het bedrijf in China zat. Ik heb de smartwatch nu 2 maanden maar het werkt perfect en ben zeer tevreden!
