Had a great time selecting cloths and the shirt came out really well. I took the measurements myself by copying a shirt of mine and I was surprised how well that worked. The selecton of fabrics could be bigger but I won't complain that you can'ht have everything at this pricepoint. I have already put in a second order.

I received an item that was the wrong size. This was no big deal, it happens with a line of clothes that may be new to a customer, where the fit of the clothes may be unfamiliar from an online order. There was nothing else wrong with the item. However, when I looked up the instructions on their website for how to return the item, a number was provided so I called. The man who answered the phone sounded miserable, as if he was irritated that he would have to stoop so low as to answer a customer service phone line. So, just a heads up for others: the website states that you can call the "customer service number" (if you want to call it that...) but the reality, as the unpleasant man impatiently stated, is that: "you have to call the number so that you can be TOLD to send an email...." Ok...I'll never order from this company again, just based on that lack of courtesy.

Luxire is an outstanding, high quality clothing company. They offer well made and beautifully styled clothing. Their fabrics are excellent and wear well! In addition, I have found them to be responsive, caring and extremely ethical. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful customer experience.
They want you to be a lifetime shopper and it really shows in all their efforts to provide luxury clothing with the best in customer service.
They are a 5 Star+ Company!

This shirt is great in every way that matters. Decently heavy fabric weight, great construction and the fit was perfect out of the box. I will definitely be ordering more.

Great to get jeans made to fit. The fabric is a lightweight twill with a little stretch, perfect for summer.

I have used Luxire twice and each time, both their customer service and the garments they have produced for me have been exceptional to say the least. The amount of customisation that you get and the fit that is produced is really quite astounding for the money of which you pay. I would recommend luxire to anyone because it is so good

I'm honestly beyond impressed with Luxire. I was looking for a good pair of dress pants that I could rely on for a long time and found them through a few reddit posts. I ordered some wool dress pants and after a week and a half or so I received them. They're by far the best quality pants I've ever owned. No stray stitches or strings, they fit great, I can move freely in them and the material feels fantastic. I placed a second order after being impressed with the first pair of pants and they contacted me to make sure I wanted the sizing is requested (I sized down on the second order because I'd ordered oversize on the first just in case). I want to say I don't often find care or quality to this degree (regardless of price) very often, but I don't think I've actually seen it before with anything I've purchased like I have with Luxire. I know this review sounds like bs but they're really just that impressive.

The Classic Pinpoint Blue Oxford is great for business casual work settings. Has some stretch which makes it comfortable. Breathable as well

The pants that I ordered were not represented as custom-made on your website. For custom-Made products I would have to enter body measurements somewhere, which I didn't.

Lovely pair of trousers - as it was my first order w/Luxire I ordered standard sizing, and the fit was darned near perfect. The cloth from Dugdale was the quality you'd expect from that mill and the workmanship was spot on. Turnaround time was I received my order in under two weeks.

I have placed eight orders so far with Luxire for shirts and trousers. They offer the most detailed sizing and styling options I have encountered with a MTM service, their customer service is accommodating and responsive, their prices are very reasonable, and I have yet to encounter any serious quality issues with their product. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for an accessible, quality MTM service.

Luxire provide an affordable product but an horrendous customer service experience. They are inordinately slow and disjointed in responding to customer issues and have all but ghosted me after a terrible experience with a recent purchase. I am pretty furious with how I am being treated but nobody at luxire will respond or escalate the issue

Luxire.com is a reliable tailoring service. They stricly follow provided measurements and do excellent crafting up to expectation.

I have been a customer of Luxire for over five years. Their quality is unsurpassed by any of the other off-the-rack or MTM services I have ever used. The selection of different fabrics is huge, and the styling options can be customed down to the last detail. Luxire has also executed totally custom projects for me in the past, all of which have turned out excellent.

In addition, they provide easy instructions for measuring, and their finished garments are always made exactly as instructed and true to the provided measurements. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luxire to everyone interested in custom garments, none can surpass their quality.

I have ordered multiple shirts on Luxire. Made-to-measure and fully customised. I appreciate that the methods to specify measurements are well described and complete. The customisation options are numerous. You can chose between a LOT of collars style, plackets, cuffs, darts, yoke, etc... And for most of the options you can even customise them by specifying different measurements and sub-options. When I receive the shirts I was truly happy to notice that all measurements have been observed precisely. Luxire is the perfect option for ordering shirts that you can't find off the rack, whether it is for the style or for the measurements.
