The hairdresser I have had were great. But management is not paying them their super & they have left. Its foolish business sense to think that your staff are replaceable. I for one will not be returning.

They deserve zero stars, poor online service, poor communication. I am still waiting for my order only to be told, sorry we can't see it provide us with the correct order number. This then followed by another email saying, oh sold out world wide, when we get stock we will send out. I had to chase up my order even though this company has local salons. Poor online service and communication. Update, ordered 16 Aug still nothing, I accidentally contacted another poor store with similar name but they are luxhairshop.com they were much more helpful and not some generic response. Luxhair.com.au however are c omplete opposite, online shopping and communication is slow and poor to deliver a service but they are quick to take the money. I placed an order with another Aus shop yesterday arvo, received an email to confirm and track, then another that item has been sent, it arrived at my door this morning, that's the service we should be getting.

Worried I’m part of a scam /: can someone tell me if they ever respond to you ??? I got no tracking number , but certainly have a receipt for 400$ …. Can someone from this company please just respond to me ???! It would be highly appreciated

edit*** They finally reached out to me , aplogizing for the late response and were very nice ! im still waiting on arrival, because it is still being made , but i am Happy to know that it is in good hands (: will post a review after receiving my piece (:

Como pidas desde España te van a cobrar 90€ en aduanas. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de comprar cualquier producto a esta empresa.
Además aduana te la requisa si no lleva un certificado de fumigacion.
Mala experiencia de dos veces, las dos se quedaron en la aduana.

It's been 11 days since I ordered my package, no tracking number , no update ,no response from customer service, this is my first & last time buying from this website, I want a refund!

OK I been ordered mine 3 days ago I paid for rush shipping also and have not received a tracking number yet yall gone give information about me package or give me my money back cause this is ridiculous.

I always receive quality Peruvian wigs of all sorts of colors and they all have my friends wondering where I got them and I always let them know to go to luxhairshop! Everyone is always impressed and I’m always satisfied.. I will shop more in the future for all my events .

ordered the walkers double sided medical lace wig tape. Its awesome, was delivered fast, very happy with this company.

Love the wig I purchased. Came on 4 days with expedited shipping. True to length and no smells. Definitely a return customer.

I'm not sure what these bad reviews are but my experience has been much different. I have ordered 4 wigs now and I am just in love with them. They are lovely colors, I have one solid color, one half one color half another, one with just the dark root, and one that's highlighted. Each one is equally pretty and all are very soft. The lace is very durable, and blends well with my skin. Customer service has been absolutely amazing with me. Very quick response time and they have been very polite and upbeat.

.They are a scam, the wigs on the website are not what you receive. My frosted white short blunt cut bob was an ugly layered style and a purple and white ombre A cut was a frosted tip blunt cut bob. They also delete your comments from their social media and block you so you can't tell the truth about them. They are iver priced and took a long time to ship to you.

When trying to return the item it can cost more than the value of the product you bought. In their emails, I thought they were based in the USA per the address provided at the bottom of their advertising email threads 1950 East Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10462, this address is residential. But shipping and returns are based in China, and you will need to pay $150 to return a product that was falsely advertised.

It’s just like the picture looks even better in person I loved it!

the worst experience ever!!! 1. i ordered a 24 inch light pink wig. It came in the mail maybe 2-3 weeks later and the color was wayyy off 2.my black roots looked like stair steps the color over all was u even 3. i ordered a 24 inch and it stopped at my bra strap i’m 5’3 4. I added 2 additional bundles my self and the wig is still super thin 5.the hair quality is that of a barbie doll

Nice wigs and the shipping time frame is good. The blue wig I bought, bled lots even having washed it multiple times and it shed a lot. The lilac one worked out very well. Either way, the colors are vibrant, and hair is soft.

Honestly this is a poorly made wig, the wig isn't the same color as shown, the picture shows more of a 613 27 mix with more 613 and it's totally 27 ... it's shedding like crazy, and for the price you would think the knots would be bleached... trying to make it work and pissed i spent so much money... i'm gonna stick with luv me hair smh

Their pictures are completely false advertising. DO NOT trust the color you see in the photos. The hair is shipped from China so when it finally gets to you, they give you the run around when you ask for a refund. I had to email and message Facebook nonstop to finally get a response after a week. You are taking a risk when buying here. It’s overpriced and not worth the headache.

Super soft & straightens really well. Looks very natural with bleached knots.
