Hello,

I would like to leave feedback about one of your drivers, whose name is Yuri.

Today I had a bus booked from Pärnu to Tallinn at 9:20 in the morning. However, for some reason, there was no bus available at that time. The Lux Express drivers who were travelling to Tallinn at the nearest available time tried to help us get to Tallinn.

I would especially like to mention the driver of the bus travelling to Tallinn, who had arrived in Pärnu from Riga. He took 20 passengers on board and provided excellent and comfortable service. He also served customers in three languages.

Thank you for having such wonderful drivers. I am now at the airport, and everything worked out perfectly. I heard other passengers thanking the driver for getting us safely to Tallinn as well.

Please pass on our gratitude to him from us, the Lux Express passengers.

Gribēju uzrakstīt atsauksmi par braucienu no Viļņas uz Varšavu. 19.07.2026. Šoferīši Viktors un Andris brauca tik ļoti labi, kaut arī ārā sāka līt spēcīgs lietus un redzamība bija slikta, plus vēl šoferis mēģināja apbraukt sastrēgumus, kas viņam labi izdevās. Ļoti patīkams brauciens, šī nav pirmā pieredze ar Lux autobusiem, bet vienmēr patīkami braucieni, paldies!

Nothing LUX about it!

We were travelling Riga-Tallinn and, first of all, super rude driver! Really unprofessional communication with passengers.
We asked him if he suggests our (rather large) hiking backpack should go upstairs to our seat, or in the truck, and he responded so impatiently as if we were stupid “put it here, do you want me to run between the platforms and collect all the luggage???” So confusing.

The bus itself is not very “Lux” - the seats are quite narrow and having a charger on each seat is now quite a standard thing in Europe for all intercity/international busses - not a luxury.

Also, the website says “On international routes, one bottle of water is provided free of charge.” which didn’t happen.

Elukaaslasel oli vaja saada Tallinnasse Tartust ülikooli et kirjutada tähtsat kontrolltööd. Buss oli broneeritud kella 8:00iks. Jõudsime bussijaama kell 7:50 ning buss hilines 30minutit. Hilinemise eest keegi mingisugust kompensatsiooni ei saanud ning hilinemise põhjusel ta kontrolltööd sooritada ei saanud. Õhtul üritades tagasi tulla oli Tallinna bussiliikluse tagajärjel väike hilinemine 3minutit. Võtsin isiklikult ühendust infoliiniga, et paluda neilt, et ootaks 5minutit, selle peale öeldi info teenindusest, et maksimaalne oote aeg, kus buss kedagi eri olukorras nõus ootama on 2 minutit. Tulemusena pidi ta ostma uue pileti. Arusaamatuks jääb miks on okei kui bussijuhil juhtub midagi mille tagajärjel on okei kui buss hilineb 30minutit, aga 5minutit kauem oodata lööb rahakotile suurele ettevõttele augu sisse. 😀

Lux coach/ bus travel experience from Riga in Latvia to Tallinn in Estonia was excellent. The coach arrived on time, the driver helped load the luggage AND gave me a numbered receipt for my luggage (reassuring).The seats were excellent and reclined nicely and even slide sideways for more room.free Coffee and clean cabin environment, window curtains to reduce sun glare. Great temperature in May - I recommend 21-22C for comfortable cabin temperature not higher. I have been on Flixbus, National Express (UK) and Greyhound (USA), I must say Lux coaches are much better than these. I felt very relaxed and even managed a little sleep. Thank you Lux, I hope you can expand your coach network through Europe & the UK. My rating 10 out of 10, My journey was great and I'll use Lux again.

Excellent service and immaculate timing

If you need to cancel your trip, even on the day of purchase or two weeks before the trip, you will most likely not get your money back. The ticket refund rules are very vague and unfair.

They do not provide refunds if you are unable to use the tickets and need to cancel your trip.

Although their policy appears to offer several refund options, there are hidden conditions in practice.

For example:
• If you purchase a round-trip ticket and one segment is discounted, the other segment becomes non-refundable.
• If you process a cancellation online using the link provided in your email, you are not eligible for a refund.

In my case, even though one of the tickets was not discounted and I canceled more than two weeks in advance, they still refused to issue a refund.

Takeaway:
• Always consider booking each ticket separately rather than as a round-trip.
• Avoid using the cancellation link in the email; instead, contact their customer support directly.

I’m unable to book on LUX Express app. When I input cities and dates it takes me to different possibilities, when I click on it I get message “your Basket has Expired“. I booked a train instead.

Great value for a bus trip from Tallinn to Riga. No issues. On time. Used also airport shuttle and the same result.

The bus was comfortable, and the ride was smooth, but the service didn't fully meet expectations. The WIFI was unreliable. The seats were spacious, but cleanliness could have been better. For the price, it's an okay option.

The best bus service for its money. Period. I’ve been using Lux Express for several years and have taken about 25-30 trips. The service is reliable and well-managed. They provide everything needed for journey: water, hot drinks, power outlets, USB ports, earphones by request, and a tablet at each seat. The seats are very comfy (but I prefer lounge version more), and buses run on schedule. Once, I needed to change a ticket due to an error with the date. I called customer support that day, and they quickly switched my ticket to the next available bus at no extra charge! The flexibility of their support team is 10/10. Fast and very helpful. They just got loyal customer for years.

Right now on a Lux Express Tallinn to Riga. I've used them for several journeys throughout the Baltics recently. Consistently excellent, immaculately clean and punctual. Great wifi, tea and coffee and clean toilet. Drivers are professional and friendly, including our present lady driver. I wish we had these buses in UK!

One of the best bus companies in Europe! I used their services four times during my trip around the Baltics, and each journey was consistently punctual, often arriving even ahead of schedule. The seats are spacious and comfortable, and the onboard entertainment screens add to the overall experience. I highly recommend this company!

Mostly always on time - way more reliable and comfortable than other companies. Luggage gets labelled so less of it goes missing. Affordable. Wifi and plugs work!

When buying tickets for more than 1 person you all get placed randomly in the bus. Your father will go to the back, you will sit your ass at the front, your son and daughter must sit with random people because people don't want to move from their perfect ideal spot.

Staff only speaks Estonian so no luck if you aren't local.

He viajado de Riga a Tallin en bus. Una persona pone las maletas en el maletero y te da un resguardo. Es muy cómodo. Hay wifi, diferentes cafés disponibles en una máquina, baño. Fue puntual. En fin, muy recomendable.
