Mer informasjon

A fresh start, built on experience, honesty, and a passion for Pokémon. LUXEMBOURG TCG is a small, independent trading card business based in Luxembourg, created out of a genuine passion for Pokémon and the trading card community. Our goal is to offer collectors across Luxembourg and Europe a place where they can discover exciting products, grow their collections, and share their passion. But I also want to be completely honest about our journey. When I first started LUXEMBOURG TCG, I made mistakes. Some of them were significant, and unfortunately, they affected customers who had placed their trust in my business. I underestimated certain responsibilities, made decisions that I would handle very differently today, and didn't always provide the level of communication and service that customers deserved. I am genuinely sorry to everyone who had a disappointing experience with my previous store. Rather than ignoring the past or pretending those problems never happened, I want to acknowledge them openly. Over time, I have learned an enormous amount about running a business, managing orders, communicating with customers, and, most importantly, understanding the responsibility that comes with accepting someone's hard-earned money. I cannot change the mistakes I made, but I can take responsibility for them and work to do better. If you were a customer of my previous store and still have an unresolved issue, please know that you have not been forgotten. You are always welcome to contact me, and I am willing to discuss your situation individually and work together towards a fair and reasonable solution. With the reopening of LUXEMBOURG TCG, I am approaching this business with a different mindset, greater experience, and a much stronger understanding of what customers expect and deserve. My ambition is not simply to sell Pokémon cards. I want to build a business that people can genuinely trust, where customers feel valued and where long-term relationships matter more than individual sales. I understand that trust is not something I can ask people to give me simply because I say things have changed. It is something I have to earn through my actions, one order and one customer at a time. Thank you to everyone who has supported LUXEMBOURG TCG, given me constructive feedback, or offered me another opportunity to improve. I am grateful for the chance to keep learning, growing, and building something better. – Founder of LUXEMBOURG TCG
