Wish I could give zero stars — they wouldn’t issue a refund or let me return an item even though the email indicated I had another couple of weeks to return it? The shipping label “expired” 3 days after starting the return and they wouldn’t send me a new one. Total scam

I wish I had seen all of these terrible reviews before ordering. I ordered the shapewear and then immediately cancelled literally 3 MINUTES after placing the order because I realized they were thongs and not normal underwear. No one responded to my cancellation request. I get the thongs delivered to me and request a refund again. They continue to state over and over that they did not receive a request from me to cancel in their records. I SENT THEM SCREENSHOTS WITH TIMESTAMPS OF MY ORDER AND THEN MY CANCELLATION EMAIL REQUEST. I got scammed just like the rest. They still refuse to refund me because “they didn’t get an email in their records” despite me sending screenshots with timestamps. This is a terrible company. DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER!!!! It’s a scam! They purposefully send you the wrong size and when you ask for a return, they have you send it back to them and then refuse to refund you!! This is illegal

Ordered from them. When I got the order confirmation it wasn't what I had ordered so I emailed them immediately to say a mistake had been made. They said it was too late and it was on the way (crazy since I had order about a minute previously). They said I'd have to wait to get it and return it for a refund which I tried to do, they then said they can't do a refund and now they've gone dark. Dodgy as hell.

I have to agree with all of the reviews below. LuxeLyra is a complete scam. I also ordered using the buy 2 get 1 free deal as advertised, and was sent 2 thongs in completely the wrong size. After back and forth emails for months (!) trying to get a returns address from them as it’s not advertised on their website, I finally managed to post the products back for a refund, only to be told it’s past the returns window - due to them being unwillling to give me the address. When I got in touch to express this they sent me a short and unhelpful email, and they keep sending the same email copy and pasted regardless of what I say to them. DO NOT BUY from LuxeLyra - you’ll get ripped off and you won’t get your money back.

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company. I ordered a buy one get 2 free option, was sent an email with the wrong size order confirmation and only for one pair. Contacted customer services within 15 minutes to cancel as it states on their website you have 12 hrs to cancel. It took the company several days to respond saying there was nothing they could do and that I should have been more careful in selecting the correct item. On their website it also states you are allowed to exchange for a different size, this is also untrue and am now receiving the same copied and pasted answers to each of my emails with no resolution, therefore stuck with a product which is the wrong size that I can’t use and also would never have spent that money on buying only one pair. Do not buy from this company, you can get the product cheaper from another more reputable company who hopefully have customer service which actually involves customer resolution and not blaming the customer for their error and incorrect system for ordering.

I wish I saw their reviews before purchasing!! They have THE WORST customer support. I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes because the page refreshed and I didn’t realize the error at first. I immediately tried to cancel the order once it was confirmed (5 minutes after clicking ‘pay’) and wasn’t able to cancel. I then emailed their customer support to share what had just happened. They refuse to allow an exchange! I have garments that are now unwearable and will likely go in the trash. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I also wish there was a zero star option. My experience is very similar to others that have posted. I order a 2 for 1 deal. Got one in the wrong size. Reached out to return. Had to pay to return it to them. They received it and have proof it was delivered by stamps.com and they are telling me they can't refund since it's out of their 14 day return window. I was received 7/29 and they say they didn't "process" it until 8/9 so I can't be refunded. And they take weeks to return emails. This company is a scam and don't even understand how they have a working website. Don't ever buy from this hoax of a company

The biggest scam company. DO NOT buy from them. Ordered a deal buy 1 get 2 free. They sent only one item and in the wrong size. I emailed them to cancel order because I saw in the email it’s the wrong size. They said that they cannot cancel processed order, but I’ll be able to return if something doesn’t work. It is IMPOSSIBLE to return. Their return policy is 14 days. It’s been 3 weeks and they still wouldn’t provide information on how to return an item.

I wish there was a zero star option. Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered 3 for 1, medium, got a receipt for 1 xsmall. Tried canceling several times in the 12 hour window they give you, but no one would reply and there’s no cancellation link on their website. Emailed back and forth so many times with them never giving me a return address. When they finally did, at 3am today, it said to return it by today, Aug 10. I actually just gave up. I will be slamming them on every post on their social media. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I was another victim of the 3 for 1 scam!
This is where you pay $56 (CAD) for 1 item and get two for free. I selected my medium ones, and got a receipt for 1XS. Emailed them three times asking to cancel, and nothing back until it shipped. Magical. It’s been a month of bot-sounding emails between myself and various people named “Kat” or ”Venus” who reply once a week, asking me for more info, to send photos of the wrong item, etc. I think they just try to tire you out by taking a week to respond, hoping you’ll forget about it and move on. I finally got an address out of them but they want me to pay the shipping. Basically now I’m at the point where I’m refusing to pay shipping and am requesting a full refund immediately or off to the fraud department I go. I wouldn’t trust them to receive the item and inspect it and actually refund it. What an absolute JOKE company. Literally do not even look at their website. I bought knockoffs on Amazon, a 3 pack for like $12.

These shapers do not fit. I followed the sizing chart and they are way too small and do not come up high enough on my waist. So uncomfortable and a waste of money. I had no response from customer service so I looked on the website amd they tell you they will not refund anything if it doesn't fit. Guess their business model doesn't want return customers or for customers to spread good word of mouth reviews. One and done. They'll be out of business soon.

I received the wrong size and when I went to exchange they told me the return window had closed. I received the item on July 29th and the window closed on July 29th. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company is a scam. I purchased their 3 for 1 deal after seeing multiple advertisements on social media. I never received a receipt confirming my purchase and never received a tracking number for shipment of the product. My only record is the $42.90 taken out of my bank account to LuxeLyra on 05/07/2024. After being patient for about 6 weeks, and not receiving any shipments, I attempted to contact the customer service through their website, but received no response. I checked all of my emails to see if I had missed an email from them. I made another attempt to contact the customer service through their website, and once again no response.
Recently I began to get emails from LuxeLyra asking me to return as a customer, so I responded to the email stating my experience of never receiving my order or receipt . I finally got a response back (hallelujah), and they informed me that their records show that my package was delivered on 05/28/2024. With that new information I asked that since the package must have been lost, and that I still had not received it, for the company to send me a replacement package to my PO Box (which is more safe for delivery than my apartment), and a confirmation of shipping with a tracking number. The company then sends me an email saying that they’re records show that my package was delivered to my physical address and that they will not send me a replacement order to a different address, and that I need to ask neighbors and the postal service about my lost package. I have asked once more for a receipt, confirmation number, tracking number, and proof from their records of the delivery. I have also asked for a return of funds in my account since they do not send replacement orders to different addresses. I have not received any response yet.
My hope is that others will become aware of this poor business behavior from LuxeLyra and not be suckered into giving them money like I have.

If I could give zero stars for their customer service, I would! I placed an order May 28, 2024. It was the wrong size so I sent it back. The order was received at their facility July 4th as per the tracking…. It is July 29th and I have yet to receive an email confirming my replacement order or the order itself. There is no way to talk to anyone except by email and it’s the same response from “Marvin”. I would be cautious ordering from them!

I ordered three items with the buy 1, get 2 free. I received a total of one, and it is in the wrong size and color of any of them. They will not replace it. Horrible exchange and return policy.

Cheap overseas crap I find on Amazon, but more expensive. Underwear are soooo uncomfortable, I can’t wear them for long, completely synthetic fibers-bad for your health. Don’t waste your money.
