Scam! Don’t buy anything from this company. They automatically sign you up for a monthly membership for “deals” and charge your credit card
Was charge in excess of $150.00 dollars. I did not know that I had to join this company. Canceled my account and was still charged. Was told they only go back 30 days. Just got th bill May 20 and the charge was March 11.
Bought something November last year and not since. Noticing at least 2 charges from them this year on my credit card DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY. They will just keep slipping in charges months later. I am now worried what else they are doing with my info
I ordered sunglasses from Jomashop. I made sure to NOT order additional items as they were presented after the fact from Luxcrafters. Since that time, they tried to charge 29.97 to my account. Luckily, the bank notified me and I refused the charge. Then they charged a 9.97 which went through. Although I never ordered anything, AND never received anything, I was just informed by the bank for an additional $9.97 charge - A WHOLE MONTH LATER!! I had to go through the trouble of canceling my card a month ago and wait for a new one. I don’t even know how they got this new card!!!
There is no way to return anything on line. You have to call an 800 number. Than mail item back(at your expense) to a P.O. BOX. There afraid to give a real address.
Never bought anything and today I see a charge for 29.97 from luxe crafters. I never ordered anything on the 13th of sept and I’m not on Facebook anymore and I don’t order stuff like I use too so why is this charge on my accounts.

I bought a “Smart wach” in june because it was advertised to monitor heart rate and blood pressure. I paid $29.97. The wach doesn’t work, but since l was scammed before l told myself that Ok, l lost that money, but at least l learned to not to by anything on face book. Now the company billed me again in july for $29.97. I called Luxecrafters, and found out that this is a service fee and will be a recurrent fee monthly. I cancelled my service with a representative. Be careful, it is a scam!
I also saw this ad and it stated is was free only pay a small shipping but I saw a charge for 29:95 twice!!! I was so angry, this is not what there ad said! They said FREE!!! And I was billed twice, I contacted my back and they told me there was a recurring charge, the first one was in may and the second one was a couple of days ago, I never intended this to happen, there stated FREE!! So I canceled my debit card and now I have to wait until the 5th to get my new card, please if you see this ad don’t fall for there crap !!! It’s a scam, just imagine if I didn’t dispute it they would still be charging my card!! These people should be ashamed of themselves to trick the public!!!!

Says free on all youtube adds just pay shipping. It's all bullsiit and false advertising.

Luxecrafters, Luxecrafters.com is a site that sells cool stuff.
Thetechstone, The Tech Stone. Is part of there affiliation. You'll see a touchsmart ad on youtube for free. It's actually a Maxfit G3 that looks like a iwatch clone. while true be careful. When you first enter your email they will sign you up for a subscription to WebTv which you will want to cancel right away or you know what happens if you don't.
Secondly, UNCHECK the GREENBOX for Accessory Pack Upgrade or your card will be charged which you will have to dispute, contact there support and ask for refund right away. Pay attention to the all things in the site, read T&C's and you'll be fine.
Also, they claim this watch is 90% off from $299 when on their site you has MSRP of $49.95.
To be continued if or if not I get my requested refund for the Accessory Pack Upgrade which I unchecked the Box.
